>Palmyra
I think I've got it.
How many planes fly out of Palmyra to attack ISIS positions in Dier Ezzor?
DZ has it's own airport, but that doesn't mean they can't get additional air support. Maybe ISIS is trying to get rid of that?
Camden Russell
There were some tweets yesterday saying IS has oil shortage and is trying to reclaim rigs around Palmyra.

Ok, so far Russia has lost:
Ukraine >over 500 soldiers killed >over 1,500 soldiers wounded >undisclosed amount of trucks and armored vehicles (used by both the Russian Armed Forces and the pro-Russian separatists)
Syria >23 soldiers and civilian personnel killed (including a prostitute paid to entertain Russian and Syrian servicemen) >35 contractors killed >3 warplanes (one shot down) >5 helicopters (three shot down) >undisclosed amount of trucks and armored vehicles (used by both the Russian Armed Forces and the Syrian Armed Forces)
It's safe to assume that Russia is no longer a threat. Their conventional military as well as power projection are laughable at best.
China will soon take the spot as the second most powerful military.
It baffles me that they're still the mainstream media boogeyman when the US Fifth Fleet ALONE could obliterate Russia from afar.
Russia is like that boxeur that was world champion in the 70s and now is in a wheelchair but still thinks he can take on the young champions.
It's pathetic honestly and how they're destroying their economy just to help out THEIR ONLY ALLY in the region, Assad, who is hanging by a thread is laughable and idiotic.
When NATO will stop playing aroung and actually kick some Russian ass, they'll immediately withdraw to their frozen wasteland and abandon all their allies, like they did with Serbia, Iraq, Libya, etc.
Samuel Rogers
Although the US Fifth Fleet could obliterate Russia, that doesn't mean anything, for if it were to come to war the United States would lose, alongside with Russia, mutual assured destruction is fun
Luke Richardson
Are things as bad as they look in Palmyra? It seems that at the very least isis is gaining momentum

Do you get it yet? No one can take down Russia.
You get it. But the funny thing is the 5th fleet would be sunk by anti-ship missiles before it could damage Russia. In the end it wouldn't matter because both sides would be destroyed with nuclear weapons.
Everyone talks about missile defense but let's get read, every side has had 60 years to sneak nuclear weapons into each other's porous borders. The moment a war breaks out these nukes would detonate before any missile even lands on its target.
Really wish people would understand this and stop the dickwaving.

>Are things as bad as they look in Palmyra?
They have been ever since the government retook the city. The only thing that kept ISIS in check was the RuAF, but it could only do so much.
>No one can take down Russia.
The Russians can, and they have quite a proficiency with it.
