Why is H2O ignored as a greenhouse gas? How does it's natural variability discount its long run effect? Despite the speed of the water cycle, there is always some amount of H2O in the atmosphere. What is this calculus? Since H2O creates a positive feedback loop (warmer temp means more evaporation. Warmer air can hold more water vapor. H2O creates a greenhouse effect.
