Money Making Strategy

What is the best way to make money
without being a cooperate shill?

Is twitch really the ultimate red-pill career?

Making video games sounds more grounded than twitch.

start a local business.

Still a cam whore bra

>making money on twitch
its called camwhoring Vlad

youtube. just make some anti trump shit or something unique. wait to go viral on rebbit and rake in that adsense money

Studying Game Design to become a Game Developer, my dream is to make a pretty controversial game. Am i on the right track?

Yes but that's hard, I mean something that doesn't take as much effort.

>What is the best way to make money

make softcore porn or stream vidya

I mean you dont have to be good at gaming to make some serious bux

>implying playing one game for years 10 hours a day every day of your life isn't hard

they dont stream for that long, i think most stream maybe for 4-6hrs max, or am I missing something?

I was thinking of selling my gf's thongs on craigslist, bet i could make £20 a pop

I am doing same. What coding language?

are you having a laugh mate?

sell all your shit and put it on red

C#/C++ depends on the project

you?

I have no shit to sell m8, I'm living at mom's

If you have to study game design to become a developer, then you are probably going to fail.

Nah you're right. He was exageriting quite hard

Oversaturated. You already missed the boat.

I quit college and I'm developing games now in an office I rented. 1,5 months in and my first game is almost finished. Never programmed in my life before. Not even a website.

I just dgaf anymore, college felt like wasting time and I wanna do what I want.

>if you have to study numbers to be a mathematician, you're probably going to fail

Stop posting and delete this thread. Get a job, you bum

The guy is right, you don't have to study game developing. Youtube and tutorials go way faster. If you want to program, just program, you'll discover more problems within a day than you'll do in a month in college.

i will give you some tips

make your tools in c#

game in c++

seperate game and tools entirely

game should only have the code to run the file formats your tools output

start with cross platform in my mind, all your logic should be abstracted away

keep your content formats interchangeable so you can change language / translations

port it to iphone and android and give it a steam release when you are done

The studies are mainly people with experience in the industry helping out with work methods. And we get to work on actual game projects in groups with people you haven't met before. It is working quite well so far.

I wish but I have no willpower, all I know I want to earn a lot of money but I'm just so fucking lazy. halp.

How exactly do these nerds make money on twitch?

I don't understand.

I get the women that play games almost naked make money buy who is paying the nerds?

You should check out Massachusetts Polytechnic and their program.

nice tips, are you a professional game-dev?

A literal degenerate leech loser that makes money by being watched by degenerate loser leeches.....kek.

I'm doing Game Design fully but i do script with C# and JS. However we work in teams with dedicated graphics artists and programmers so all is well. My role is Lead Design (Design Documentation, Listing required systems, level design, map making and catering to player experience/target audiences)

Real math involves pure theory

Make an anti-trump video on youtube. Goes viral on reddit, get 3 million views. $7000

Selling penny stocks

Or playing with cryptocurrency

Good luck!

what's more red-pilled than that?

Thanks for the suggestion

Nothing can help you besides seeing death surround you or being utterly devastated because of your laziness. Your father did not beat you for your foolishness and now you pay the price.

how did you learn to program then you faggot

>Is twitch really the ultimate red-pill career?

Maybe if you had a time machine and could go back 10 years.

take female hormone pills
buy a dildo
wear sexy clothes
start a cam whore show
get $1 every minute

Well what i learn a lot about is target audiences, marketing, M.D.A and other frameworks and working methods. As well as getting together in groups with other interested in the subject forming teams doing actual game projects. I think it's a lot that you can't just learn from tutorials. Most students here already had such prior experience.

Guys who aren't beta orbiters, just dickriders.

But mostly adverts or some shit.

It takes years and thousands in startup capital to actually earn anything on twitch. Also, you must be charismatic, attractive, and spend the majority of your day doing nothing but playing video games that you probably don't enjoy. You'll have to be an ass-kisser to your subscribers and donators in order to make any decent earnings. Even then, it's a dice roll if anybody even pays attention to your streams.

How to get into that? Crypto specifically.

>You'll have to be an ass-kisser to your subscribers and donators in order to make any decent earnings

this is why i wont ever stream. you basically arent selling a product or a service... you are running a cult startup. You gotta pretend every single viewer is your personal friend, you gotta put up with their bullshit and dance like a monkey for them, and then somehow get some kind of freebie to dole out to keep people interested. There's just too much competition, too many desperate losers willing to bend over backwards and suck some random dude's online cock, fishing for those big donators.

>Is twitch really the ultimate red-pill career?
Unless you have perfect spoken English, are charismatic, are capable of being constantly funny, and have the ability to completely yield your ego and suck mad donator cock so you don't upset them, no.

But hey, there's at least million different things that are far more profitable than that - like actually making the game itself or clickbaiting youtube for an example

mostly have entertaining personalities or are very good players, the most popular are a mix of both, then people come to the channel to see how they play and look for tips.
then they have a viewer base, and soon more people come just to watch what everyone else is watching.
and with that comes subscribers who give money per month and/or donate
often a trick used is to send a donation and get a message read on screen they also advertise things like g4play or w/e on almost everyone

lot of successful twitch streamers look more beta than me, how come they earn so much?

Well you need a good starting capital.

Make an account of one of the many exchanges.

Checkout /biz/, they have shitty advice but some people really know their shit.

yeh the government trained and funded me in business management while i made a game before i went back to uni to officialy get qualified in software engineering and learn all the business skills i am missing like human resource management , economics, marketing , project management etc

Quick rundown on clickbaiting please

how do you earn money?

also check out embedding lua into your tools and game, makes scripting easy

>Unless you have perfect spoken English, are charismatic, are capable of being constantly funny, and have the ability to completely yield your ego and suck mad donator cock so you don't upset them, no.
Explain Bulldog

No, he's a professional shitposter. He keeps posting that image in every thread.

How old are you and what is your position?

I want to creampie Memegumin.

because they started before it got hard. the trick is to get people to subscribe and tune in at a regular time. once you train your new cultists to adhere to a regular schedule, you form a habit with a timed dopemine release which will keep them coming back over and over. But the moment you slip up, whether it be changing the game, changing the time, or just taking a break, you lose everything.

streaming video games is not easier then a regular job.

There are plenty of douchebag streamers who routinely tell their subscribers to go kick rocks when they're being stupid. I can't name names because I only watch casually and don't even have a twitch account to follow them, but they exist, and are successful.

got any proof for that?

Make an overhyped clothing brand and have fucking cucks buying your shit without second thought.

Put your logo on a brick and sell it to idiots to make $$$

get out of my threads lad

If you have tits, invest in a fuckmachine and become a camwhore. If you don't, you might still try and find a market.

Playing vidya for living is about as good career choice as gambling for living.
Yea, it is possible you might get nice stacks of shekels out of it, but yet again it is way more likely that you won't gain anything no matter how hard you try.

If you want to make money by streaming, camwhoring is actually quite effective, but only if you have tits or look like massive faggot.

Classic internet scams are always good one, if you don't want to leave you moms basement.

But judging by you flag, here comes the good one:
Smuggle tobacco and alcohol to finland. It might include lot of traveling, but if you are ready to do some work for dem shekels, it's pretty much free money.
Don't smuggle drugs, chances getting caught are way higher than with tobacco and alcohol, and so are punishments. With "legal" stuff your punishment basically is that they take your merchandise. With guns and drugs you go to jail.

your stream audience sticks around because they are using you and the other members of an audience as a substitute for real friends/community. If you can navigate yourself into being the defacto alpha male/leader/coolguy then you can get away occasionally telling people to fuck off. Or if you some how manage to gather up a bunch of people who like to be abused but thats typically hard for a straight male streamer.

Good luck, user

>make an arbitrary "top 10" channel
>proceed to make 10k per month

I knew a guy who used to run a gaming channel with relatively small amount of subs (~200k) and some 20-30k views for each video per month. He uploaded almost 1 video per day.
$50k annually.

Stock market. Buy sector ETFs goy, specifically Healthcare and Staples. But that only applies if you already have money to begin with. Money makes money
Also, live in a non-socialist country like mine that doesn't leech your capital/dividend gains with insane taxes

The problem with streaming is that it's basically a personality cult creation. Disappoint your cult once, nothing happens. Keep disappointing them constantly tho by being cringy or unfunny and you'll degrade to 100 viewers even if the entire website knows you (see: Athene). It's a constant performance contest where you always have to be the top of that specific viewerbase, else you're irrelevant

>Controversial game
Are you a fucking white male? if so you're already controversial just because you're a swede

all his images are namen image.png, hes got some cool scripts atleast

I sell shit on redbubble, it's basically just extra cash in my PayPal. I don't do shit for it and I've made maybe 40 bucks.

I have a shadilay t shirt that I'm sure some of you faggots have bought

izzee avvin a laff?

If you want free guaranteed coverage & controversy, make a game about europes migrant crisis.

>tfw industrial engineer
>good money, but I just want to die.

Was there ever any doubt?

...

I guess my existence is controversial then. Not that i am surprised

hmm 19? i was ceo but after product release i went back to uni

Yeah, might make something with ties to that.

What an absolute alpha. Good luck bro!

I bet the target audience would be a loyal bunch

this

great idea getting yourself into an overcrowded market

pro-tip in life: do something you're really good at that few people are good at

I hate giving any personal information for me anywhere because it always has the risk of entering a database I wouldn't want it to (to the extent that I neither have social media accounts nor does my real name exists anywhere on the open internet), so I'll just give you a percentage - usually the S&P performance, except that it doesn't drop as rapidly when the actual S&P drops

And no, it's not gambling. Forex is. Stay away from Forex since I know that its popular in Russia and you're most likely to fall for (((it)))

Farm and sell shit.
Alchool, weed, food... You can even get in restaurants business...

If you're too lazy you don't deserve it

>do something you're really good at that few people are good at

>Get good at something that few people are good at.
