Me and some other fellow autists wanted to listen to American Air Force radio signal on 8992 kHz due to North Korea diplomatic row, at one point we started to hear strange signal which STILL LASTS.
Somebody is jamming it, and various radio-amateurs came to conclusion it is Russian OTHR system. However such system often blocks the signal for few moments, not more than an hour for sure.
Duga and Container have been proposed.
also many bases in US have also had their signal jammed, not only AF.

French Maritime Navy uses 8992 for ship-to-ship broadcasts and get picked up when the ships get near Twente.

This, "jamming" near 8992 is the australian over the horizon radar, if you have nothing similar on 11175 KHz it's not jamming.

It's jammed, but you can still kind of hear what they say if you filter it.. kind of. I'll write next broadcast if I can.
If that's real, then shit might be going down. Hopefully our side. Everybody having to go there would indicate that Trump is the one doing something if that's the case.

this website has great info on radios available, but you can buy them from any source that is cheapest, even second hand is just fine. I have a tecsun pl390. Great starter radio. Upi can also clip some wiring to the antenna and toss the wire out a window for better reception. Or you can build a dipole antenna. Lots of great videos on youtube to set up something for a beginner.

It was only getting messed with on Twente's SDR. US based SDR antennas weren't picking it up. My Hellicrafters on a 100 copper wasn't picking it up.

the set up like Twente is a Web SDR. It is a receiver with a web UI. It's a bit of a different set up. Good for every day listening, but if your power goes out, you are fucked in a SHTF situation. Also, can be pricey. There are free open source web UI's available if you have the web receiver/antenna set up.

Some anons have said that the OTR radar which occasionally interferes with reception on 8992 is from Australia.
It's daytime here so there's nothing for me on 8992.
