At one point we had a call about a semi losing part of its transmission after hitting a pothole.
Connecticut might be cold california, but one thing I will say is that this state does NOT fuck around with potholes. Wastelands like Hartford aside, when April roles around each year those potholes are filled and fucking FAST. It's like as soon as they take the wooden plow markers down, the next day they're out filling potholes.

So I find myself and crew stranded and at the mercy of Chiraq ship yards after receiving hull damage departing the port of Chicongo (I'm a sailorfag obv). We now expect three days for repairs.
