The biggest mall in Miami was evacuated last night because people reported a shooting. People panicked and ran for the exits. Store managers forced people out of the stores and locked the doors. Cops and swat came in to clear the huge building. Anyone interviewed claims to have heard gun shots.

Now the cops say there's no evidence of a shooting (casings, holes, wounded). So what happened? I trust the account I heard. These are good sound people. The mall opened back up today, but I wonder if Ross is open.
If this was a case of mass hysteria, it should be studied by sociologist, but I don't this that is what happened.

obviously one possible angle is to see how well they can sweep things, its those peoples in the malls word vs. the force of media.

though usually they announce when they are doing practice runs since those are pretty well documented, but a practice run isnt out of the question
