You're waifus are all beautiful on the inside!
There's a skeleton hiding inside of every waifu's body. 2spooky4u
Okay, seriously though.

I probably wouldn't want to go back into time, but maybe forward a bit in the technological/cyberpunk age, where transhumanism is a more common occurrence. Not necessarily for that reason, but for the level of technological development. My own personal desires aside, I think it might even help Rin elevate the art of being an idol, with enhanced showmanship design.

There was one other person before, close to being a waifu, but it was before I knew of the concept of a "waifu". So, semantically...yes, Rin is my first.
We share more in common than I initially thought, like our generally aloof natures but focused when necessary, and even the pursuit of a life purpose (feeling adrift at first before answering to a call to a new challenge).
There's another idol who's practically an alchemist, so this is kind of wasted here. I think Rin would still...I don't know, use sedation techniques on unruly fans who can't keep their hands off? Who knows.
In the nature of her career, she's always worried about her health, but not in an obsessive way, but more like, "exercise is good for you, isn't it?" kind of way, since she needs to stay fit. And stay fit she can. More than me, with all my effort, anyway...
She's quiet, but not self-contained, and she's friendly with others, but not super-outgoing.
Destiny? Guardians make their own fate!
Vidya aside, I do believe this was a by chance thing. There are small things that caught my eye about [email protected] in the year's past, and I feel like if I didn't pursue any of those interests, I wouldn't have found myself where I am now, considering I don't even really care about the Japanese idol industry.
