What's the purpose of filler?
What's the purpose of filler?
Filling a gap in a story or just so you have more of something.
It's to remind you that you'll never feel the pleasure of being cummed inside.
To fill a gap in a story and hopefully provide some character development.
Now I want cordon bleu.
I hate Cordon Bleu.
Sup Forums hates good food.
It doesn't have onions so it's probably good.
I like cordon bleu, but let's be serious. It's pleb shit.
Same purpose it serves in food. To make more of something for cheaper at the cost of quality
To make up the lack of meat in a story.
How can you hate Cordon Bleu? Just looking at that picture makes me hungry.
Hating the thing that flavors a lot of food in general
There's two kinds.
The Detective Conan manga kind, and the long-running anime adaptation kind.
Which one are you talking about?
What's the purpose of movie versions of TV series?
To make money!!
it's that jaw seminar faggot again
Me too but now I just want a regular Schnitzel with a lemon and potato salad. Cordon Bleu just tastes so stupid in comparison, the cheese and ham completely kill the flavor of the meat.
It worked for me.
Thanks you faggot, now i absolutely have to eat cordon bleu
Hold the fort until the cavalry arrives.
being a mudslime
cordon bleu is heaven. Burn in hell, mudslime.
To give the manga time to make more chapters, instead of pacing your anime better.
Or to adjust pace in a series where you know how many episodes you can do
pigs are delicious and so are you
Makes things more filing
Filler is just so you can see the characters you like (waifus) more. Haruhi could've been over in like 6 episodes if it wasn't for filler.
There's at least 3 different pounds out there. Why not a 450g one?
Giving the manga that the adaption is based on more time to make content. Unfortunately, filler tends to make a good show bad by dragging things out for too long.
eats 5 pounds of steak and all the sides
Where is she putting it all. holy crap.
You guy never ate a good home-made cordon bleu
To fill time, retard.
Gintama had an excellent episode explaining it.
if it was actually written in the manga/source, would it make you feel better?
It depends. Sometimes it only exists to give the manga more time to progress, sometimes it is a device used to help slow the pacing of the show. It's not always bad to have a content sparse episode if it's used as a mechanism to help the overall show be more digestible, constant bombardment with information can ruin a viewing experience.
We all know the real answer.
But if it's fun, who really cares?
Filler is an adaption thing and is used to pad out material to either make the source last longer or give the source time to release new material to adapt.
Full arcs and dull moments away from the main plot in an original series is not filler. Just boring parts of the story.
Yes, that's entirely correct.
She gives off a lot of body heat.
He hates onion, not garlic.
Not him but why would you suppose he's Muslim?
Pigs aren't kosher in Judaism as well.
Well, except in shitty reform """"Jewish""" movements.
Because Sup Forums is currently a bit paranoid.
Are you perhaps overweight and like to eat everything you see? Or are you starving? I get no desire from that picture. I cannot understand how people get hungry from a picture.
There's plenty of anons suffering from depressive disorder. Even if they are physically hungry, they won't really feel hungry because they don't really care. That's why Sup Forums is thinner on average than /v/. Video games usually attract pro-active people and those don't often forget to eat.
When such a depressed person is reminded of food, their already existing hunger surfaces. (they probably still won't act on it)
I thought that was a ham and cheese croissant at first, holy fuck that looks delicious. I don't have anything to eat but a tub of nonfat greek yogurt though.
Filler is to pad out a show's length due to a lack of new chapters or a need to keep a show airing longer.
So you can watch the condensed version without sitting through a 50 episode series
that entire post
I don't have a big enough for this
Will this do?
I love this meme
To extend the series to either wait for the source material to catch up or extend it to milk the cash cow
Filler is becoming a buzzword, I've heard people use the word filler in relation to SoLs
Are you retarded?
A-are you retarded?
Garlic also sucks.
it makes the anime good.
You take that back.
Do you hate flavor?
Nope. If someone makes Texas toast in the house I need to rent a motel for the night. Truly an awful awful seasoning.
Because jews would complain about how this would raise the costs.
He's probably a dog, don't listen to dog scum.
Filler is becoming a buzzword
If that is true, it's time to say sayonara to life, isn't it?
I have also put up cardboard on my windows to block out any sunlight. If I couldn't see my reflection I might actually think I am a vampire.
Why does this food look like vagina?
i had it for the first time 2 days ago
they are pretty good i guess
That's not universal lore, some vampires have reflections and cast a shadow as well.
Where did you eat it? If you're talking about that shit from the freezer, no that isn't real Cordon Blue.
Shut up and post more pictures of food.
the opinions in this thread
I absolutely love homemade cordon bleu, it's amazing.
Ere we go ere we go
Whole ball of nothing except a fancy strawberry
I kinda feel betrayed for having high expectations.
I hate pork too and am not muslim
Why do people eat that shit smeared with honey?
I have one of those same cutting boards.
Is that from down in Lockhart? NB's Session IPA is okay, and Lagunitas' Little Sumpin is meh, but most things from Karbach is A+. Would highly recommend, though the cans may be a bit off-putting at first glance.
Now I want Rudy's and a Karbach Mother-in-Lager.
