I suppose it depends on how bad it's affecting your life. I spent 3 or 4 years in secondary school with everyone but my immediate family hating me, but I was happy to live out that time as a social hermit.
If you're a university student, moving probably isn't the wisest idea. What I do is just avoid talking politics at all costs and vent them out in /pol where no-one knows it's you, which is what most of us do.
