I thought you said you came from a wealthy family. If you're just poor because they are expecting you to be able to pull your weight and not live off their money then that doesn't make you truly poor. It just means they expect you to grow up.

Trade school is an option. Make a plan for your future and talk with your parents about it. You could be an electrician, they can make decent money and the work is hands on.
