For a similar reason I thought up the Stand「Helter Skelter」which could increase or decrease the gravity around it.
The trick was using the increased gravity when attacking enemies so they think the Stand's power is just increased strength, because who doesn't want to German suplex opponents.
This of course was for a villain character because besides flying and body slamming enemies you could use the ability to collapse gravity and create a wormhole for potential time-travel shenanigans.
What I have so far is (Blackstar). It basically can select a target then control the direction and strength of the gravity of the target.
