Who is the current best director in the industry and why is it Yuasa?

scare films for weebs

Yamada. Yuasa is all style no substance. Yamada knows how to make and develop characters.

Hayo Miyazki

From the catalog it looked like, ISIS operative wanted dead or alive.

>lists trash like kaiba and toonami galaxy
>doesnt list kemonozume
Interesting, mh mh yes yes.

Ackshually, its the other way around. Yamada is all pretty colours and cute girls while Yuasa doesnt concern himself with such stupid and superficial gimmicks like that and has the integrity to challenge himself and even go against what is acceptable in modern day anime.
Also OP you are right which is why I am excited for Devilman.

Nobody does it better than him.

>why is it Yuasa?
We'll see about that when Devilman comes out.

He's been handed down beloved manga classic with 50 million copies in circulation. If he fucks it up, people will hate him as much as the director of the Devilman live action movie.

And for your information, the director of Devilman 2004, Hiroyuki Nasu died the following year. Yuasa better watch out.

That's his worst work.

Someone really wasted a monkey's paw for nothing right there. I mean they could have wished for a harem or eternal youth or something.

pfft

Exist an "anime's Kurosawa" and is...

...

Why does he look stupid

Kaiba was mega pretentious

Shoji Kawamori no contest

Does he have cp in his house too?

Your dad does.

>Ping Pong
>no substance
>characters aren't developed

...

I know it's bait, but

> implying Chroniko wasn't a 10/10 tragic character

I thought it was osama bin landen for a second
