Basically, chibi didn't belong there. He wasn't supposed to be there. He didn't know anything about the game, and tried his best to be relevant and interesting, but only managed to spout of memes and stuff. I don't think Chibi was a bad guy here or whatever, but he just ended up being quite annoying.
Caveman tolerated his shit for a long time, and tried to subtley give the message that chibi should really stop talking, but chibi, being autistic, missed these messages completely, until he was outright told, straight to his face, to be quiet.
Chibi was only trying to be interesting, but failed, and caveman was only trying to play the game, but he was pretty boring. Maybe due to chibi. I'm not sure.

How the fuck did Chibi wind up on the coach? Shouldn't Caveman have told him to just watch from the audience in the beginning if he both didn't know the game and didn't know the runner? Why was he okay sitting right next to some guy he didn't know during his hour of fame? I would say Caveman fucked up more than Chibi there, and could've easily said something like "Let's keep commentary to a minimum, I got to concentrate" or some shit. I still think Caveman is to blame for all of that.
Caveman just seems like an asshole in this. His was not properly communicating with this guy from the beginning, at least Chibi has an autism excuse and wanted to make friends. Caveman's situation was imposed because he was too much of a beta to politely tell someone they couldn't be on his couch.
