Well, can you?

Well, can you?

B is fake, they forgot to turn on anti aliasing and the peace walker poster doesn't cast a shadow.

B is fox

With that pisspoor AA? Yes, I can tell which is which. Very easily.

B is fake because the chairs don't have the same thickness that A has

B is FOX

Let me ask my ant friend if he can inspect this image for me.

b

the way the chairs are modelled

B is rendered, you can clearly see the chairs having shadows in the third image, while there is a source of light above it

Can you get an image that isn't for ants next time?

B

Table and Chairs give it away. Still looks pretty good, doubt it'd look as good if it was full size though.

A because everyone is saying B and I liked being contrarian.

Clearly B

wow those grafix are complete shit jesus fuck

B, it's not even hard to tell because it has crappy anti aliasing

B, obviously.
Real life doesn't have aliasing on everything.
>the ceiling panels and lights
>the posters
>the chairs
>the tv
>the whiteboard
>the cable holder thing on the tables
>too much light on the white poster makes it look like a cartoon character will pick it up

Light and shadow scatter detect that A is still beat B by large margin in terms of realism.

B,B,B.

They're good fakes, but if the images we could see were higher than 200p it would be obvious. Table/chair textures are flat, posters are jagged in a "digital" way, shadows are off, AA is off, ect.

Also B. You can see the aliasing on the chairs.

The lighting in B is too warm for fluorescent lighting. Also color profile on the yellow poster is incorrect thus it looks different.

That fucking table is too warm orange.

lighting should give it away

B clearly not real.

>povide tiny screenshots
>it's still obvious which is the fake one

B is fox.

>aliasing everywhere
>only one source of light creates shadows
>wall reflections are poor quality

they really have to work on their soft shadows

B is fake, the posters look too good. Too clear to visible, too saturated, too crisp. Engines will always be telling in that they aim to make the real world look better than it actually is.

all B I have OCD for jaggies

>no light reflection on the posters

First thing I noticed was the reflection of the TV was off.

Only noticed shadows since you guys pointed them out.

B. You can tell by the lack of Anti-Aliasing like most Japanese games have. To be fair, you don't need it if you squint hard enough.

B, painting doesn't cast a shadow and the chairs look weird
pretty damn cool though

easy
it's B , look at the aliasing

This used to be impressive 4 years ago.

I wonder if that illusion of realness still holds as well in motion.

you used to be easily impressed 4 years ago

The pilots animation on the left are a dead giveaway, they are way too precise and controlled, look how jerky is the fucker on the right, that's the real deal.

So their next game is going to be for the 3DS?

So what's the answer for this one?Left is the game right?
Also the chairs are lined perfectly on B too.

So was your mum.

yes, the left is game.
The obvious giveaways:
- it's the only one that has useful for the player rear mirrors (they actually show the road)
- the tops of the trees are to sharp
- the steering wheel shows useful for the player info
- others mentioned too precise animation of driver's hands - they aren't really struggling with the road, unlike the right one;
- the right one has wobbly image feed and blurrier road (camera's ain't that good at capturing road's fine details at high speed)

there were several others, but these ones are out of top of my head.

wow that's really rude, dude. You should think about your life and what the fuck went wrong in it.

lighting and shadows are shit

do it with cryengine or snowdrop, then you would actually have hard time tell the difference

Everything is to flat in B, the lighting isn't smooth enough, and the aliasing is fucked.

I see the fucking pixels on B even in this tiny-ass picture.

the road looks like shit and that horrible fence

>game engine obviously specialized in creating photo realistic interiors
>use it for game that's 99% open world without any interiors

Cryengine is awful at doing interiors though

remember that time Sup Forums made a dating site profile using pictures of venom snake?

B because the AA on the whiteboard in the last panel is all fucked up

Easy. B is fox. Looks like shit.

>Aliasing
>No shadows on pictures
>Shadows don't get blurrier the further away they are from the object
>Ambiance instead of GI
Man, they're making this easy as fuck

that webm is so unrealistic

nyc taxis arent that clean ever

>>game engine obviously specialized in creating environments on-the-fly
>no map-maker

A user-content map creator would have saved the game entirely, no argument. I would still be playing it if it had user made levels.

We wouldn't need a remake of the first two metal gears, we could make them ourselves.
