UE4 and Unity both have pretty much the same feature set and both are used for shit tier indie garbage that landed on steam greenlight

unreal 4 does not take a fixed resource to run, instead it's a heavily scalable engine, retard

I'm enjoying the game don't get me wrong but I do not have any system to play it on other than a switch and what the fuck is this praise??

As a guy that actually messed with both i say you nope. The biggest difference is the physical based rendering.
With it, lighting just look fucking better, because instead of using dot 3 light position crap, everything actually use an reflection map with varying degrees of metallic reflection and a blur filter to define the "roughness".
It just look a shitton better.
You can download a PBR plugin for the unity, but its shit and slow.

Why would I be mad? I'm not a console warrior, I own a Playstation 3, a Wii U and a decent PC.

I do not care about the praise of the game since I genuinely enjoy that.
But I've been seeing an awful lot of defense for the switch version containing non-truths about its performance solid 30 my fucking ass and praise for how good it looks.

but this is a shitty port none the less.

I will never play this shit on the go because it's almost constantly 20-25 fps,
and while it's mostly the joycons fault, holding RZ to go forward on the joycons gives me actual cramps on my right hand after a few minutes,
changing it to "easy " controls to compensate forces me to use standard camera controls which is fucking cancer on the joycons

Nothing wrong with that. A lot of the platforming challenges for the gold coins would be trivialised if you could just respawn by dropping into the abyss instead making your way back as well.
