the people you kick can be old people, babies, nuns, priests, knights, and kings. they all attack you but you can dodge around it based on their weapon type for different dodges.
the closer you are to getting hit and the more things you break the more devilish energy you build up. which allows you to use the abilities that you unlocked or just unleash some really strong fucking kicks.
