Not an actual pic of it but my New Leaf town, nice enough to boot up the game and just take a stroll
Goddamn that hit me right in the feels, been so long since I played that game.
The RS2 mobile app is coming out this December or maybe a little earlier.
I already told myself I was done with it but I'm probably going to create a new account one more time just for mobile.
...
At least it used to be until I fucked errythan up
...
Do you still play?
I got back into it mid WoD and played through the first month of Legion.
Legion PvP still shit?
...
the entire setting of FFIX

Thank you for showing me this
...
no need to post when the best one is already posted
What are you, a goldshire ERPer?
...
You clearly have a Horde mindset.
Enjoy your huts and boar dens.

*chop* *chop* *distant cow dying*
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
TAKE ME BACK
>open link instinctively before even reading the post because i'm Sup Forums damaged
>3 notes in and my eyes are already getting wet
im at work why do you do this to me
I had that set as my ringtone for along time.
It's almost like a pipe leading 17 years from the past and into my ears.
It's haunting, beautiful and filled with sorrow.
A town on the verge of apocalyptic doom had no right being so comfy
Even though my first Pokemon game was Blue, for some reason Gold and Ruby both give me a different kind of nostalgia. It really feels like I lived multiple childhoods in each of those locations
my nigga
this is home
if it wasn't filled with beaners or niggers, i would definitely live in a place like that, lots of local places nearby and looks peaceful
MMO towns are practically cheating, anywhere feels like home when you spend 400 hours there
The lobby is pretty comfy at least, but its worst problem is that floating chairs control the same as regular movement instead of pushing a button to move forward
Lobby chair races were the best thing about PSO1

The night soundtrack for NL is comfy as fuck
i imagine is mostly cloudy and has a lot of rainy days and every morning you feel the chill breeze

Proximity to the endless staircase made it 2spooky
>doesn't want to spend everynight bathing in hot springs
...
The game went to shit the second they released the elves/giants continent
First FF I ever played. Around 7 years old when I started it and always got rekt by El Viole. First game my dad introduced me into. Been a fan of the series ever since.
I change my mind, I feel a strange comfort in the abstract look of the TTM slide. It looks like it's lined with warm, fine sand
God I wish we got a full open world RPG for MonHun instead of Stories. As much as I love Stories I'd actually kill a man for an RPG that put as much detail into its cities and world as the games do
...
Same for me, user
The games were improved to make you feel more like you are on a adventure, Gold and Silver had that charm thanks to the morning/day/night system and making you come back to kanto. Of course there are some things they could improve with the newer games, but they're still comfy
Blood Gulch and Sidewinder

Why can't this bitch spring for windows or at least furniture?
>Want to play Runescape again after years of being away
>"Your account has been indefinitely banned under suspicion of hacking"
>Accept that Runescapes service is non existent and that account is lost forever
>Send report anyway
Maybe someday
I grew up in the bushveld, so the safe houses always reminded me of home.
Not a glorious home, but home none the less.

I always made sure to save my game here whenever I was done playing. But I think that's a given for most homey type areas.
>that feeling when you get the continuity across play sessions just right
Don't mind me, just passing through with the comfiest Pokémon town theme

...
Tfw used to just make low level human characters to chill around in Elwynn and fish by myself
False

nope
The whole Gold/Silver soundtrack is concentrated comfy.
Gen 2 is scientifically engineered to be the comfiest game of all time, music from any other gen doesn't even come close to ts comfy levels.
I grew up in a big American city and somehow Johto makes me nostalgic for Japanese rural towns I've never seen
Gen 4 is just as comfy desu
What do you mean by that last part?
Gen 4 is super comfy.
...
>comfy vidya locations
>expected pokke village
>receive 2 of them
My Niggas of the highest caliber. Seriously I don't know why other installments in the series can't capture the comfyness that is Pokke Village.
To get more autistic, this isn't just buzzwording the term "comfy" the whole thing was a prime setting for the ultimate comfort.
>snowy village
>your home is a cozy little cottage
>none of the villagers are stressing you about some "save the world!" nonsense, just protect the area, come home and relax
>maybe tend to your farm on your free time
Has an orchestra ever covered the Gold/Silver/Crystal soundtrack?
Ecruteak City Piano

When you save the game in the same spot and resume from the same spot, it feels like your adventure has proper 'breaks', like your character does something else while you're not playing.
Compare with, I dunno, saving while in front of your rival which makes it seem like your character just stands and stares at them for days until you resume.
Ma nigga
I loved the view from the house so much
I legit used to daydream about living there
Because snowy villages with small wooden homes are fucking GOAT
>this thread
comfiest place in a zelda game, that night time music is so peaceful. can't wait to instantly go back here when the new DLC drops
my niggas, you're both right
...
Not even close, even gen 5 is comfier than 4.

i wish you could've upgraded it so you could put a fence up around the pool
WHAT THE FUCK SINCE WHEN IS THAT AREA BELOW THE GYM THERE
It's not. I dunno what that pic is
Can we agree that every pokemon is comfy? Even in things like pokemon tcg and pinball.
Shuffle is NOT comfy. Fucking pay2win timegated shit
>We only got one gen of that cool sprite/3D mix that wasn't always top down
I think ive been only one playing this shit for so long.
How do you explain this then?
youtube.com
Much as I dislike DP, aesthetically they were Pokemon at its peak.
...
That looks 10x better compared to the current set up in Org.
I think I'm about to renew my sub in a couple of hours.
>RS2
to be honest varrock is probably the most "feels like home" to me. i spent probably 4000 hours playing RSC and the private botting servers that followed. even though nobody fucking banked at varrock after getting members it's still just the nostalgia spot
I liked Sandover better.
I NEVER FELT LIKE
Couldn't find better pic.
...
third times the charm i suppose
