There are a lot of games that will never leave the ps3 due to companies going bankrupt or 99% unlikely. Harmony of Despair fits the 99% example of never ever on PS4. Go to gamefaqs ps3 board and type recommend or niche in the search field. Go to Google and type that too. I'm on mobile and I'm not gonna list them all. Also every ps3 can play ps1 discs. There are tons of digital ps1 and ps2 classics all either 10 or under. FF9 on PS4 is 23 dollars, on PS3 it's 10 dollars which can be played on psp and ps vita too.
