You didn't say the Wii versions themselves had to be good.

best wii game by far

>Never got into the Wii Motion Plus age to try this out
This and NMH2 are my biggest regrets not being able to play

The Wii was full of hidden gems.

this game made up for the wii super monkey ball being shit

And full of solid titles that didn't get enough love.

This and No More Heroes.

Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2.

Nmh2 didn't require motion plus though

It somehow has some definitive versions of games

I just didn't make that much use of the Wii

Loved that game.

This is another highly underrated game.

And some really chill, really unique experiences.
>You are now breathing manually and that's okay, the game.

Ah shit I think I have a plush of that blue thing.

The best wii game you never played.

There were certainly games to tickle the brain.

>being submerged in a large body of water without just the sound of the splashing about
I couldn't deal with this.

The most confusing game I've ever played but the roguelike elements kept me hook.

cool game with a godly naoyuki sato soundtrack

I had a lot of fun with this one.

Vita got a port with more content and sexy new loli. My only gripe with the game was that the 1HP mode practically forces you to cheese everything.

I've never played the wii version of this but I love the original game on the saturn

>That OST
>Sims game that wan't raped by EA
>The creativity

GOAT Sims

I remember this. I had fun with it too

>pic

Forgot pic

No it didn't.

this is the best fishing game ever made

I genuinely enjoyed this game more than Godhand.

It's just a shame that this game has essentially no replay value.

Xenoblade

>do a run with no voices and full music
>do a run with no music and full voices
That's your replay value.

>ITSA WII
>WARIOO
>HAHAHA

I was 75% through when my WiiU broke and I lost everything. I enjoyed the game and want to finish but don't want to replay so much.

>one of the few third party titles to use Motion Plus
>loads of motion control customization
>makes Skyward Sword's motion controls look amateur hour in more ways than one
>made by Ubisoft of all devs
>we'll most likely never see a third game in the series

And there are games that look like shovelware but certainly are not.

There are even games to play off of your feelings.

Personal 10/10, sadly it wouldn't work in any of the modern consoles.

Except maybe Switch, pls Atlus ;_;

Prope is vastly underrated

Yeah it did.

Monolith Soft even made a game about surviving disasters (besides Xenoblade)

Skyward Sword's combat was such a goddamn disappointment. Even the Zelda minigame in Nintendo Land had more satisfying combat.

>last console treasure game ever :(
THIS. Normally Treasure avoids making sequels but I'm glad they changed their mind here.

The original post had no picture, game name and linked to the OP like it was talking about Red Steel 2 retard.

There are certainly games that America never saw.

This game is GOTY for all the wrong reasons.

i wanted to play this for years but never got around to it. i finally did recently on dolphin but i couldn't get into it. having up be jump really rubbed me the wrong way.

Bought this used and it has this really weird and unique problem of no matter what controller you're using the character is always ducking.

Thought it was like a wavebird thing where you turn it on with the analog tilted and it defaults to that but no. Somehow it was the game itself. I can't explain it.

...including puzzle/novel games that are sequels of excellent DS games

>GOAT sims
but sims 3 already holds that title, has more content than every other sims game combined, the only downside (and it's a massive one) is the utterly shitpoor barbarian code and optimization that makes the game run like shit no matter what kind of computer you have.

wii u was the perfect system to revive the series. too bad atlus stopped making new and interesting games and they just milk persona/smt and etrian odyssey

>Never got a true sequel
People also forget this is Platinum's first game.

good thing the wii is so easy to hack so importing isn't an issue

... and games that allowed you to slice and dice using motion+

i love how the target audience of madworld is basically edgy 13 year olds who only have a wii and have parents who don't know any better.

another code mind

...

...as well as games that let you take a look at the personal lives of some old Nintendo characters

ZA WARIODO

I can't believe they never brought this to the West.
Fucking loved it.

i don't blame nintendo for not localizing this.

There are even titles that Steven Spielberg had a hand in!

too many good games

>tfw kenichi nishi's career basically died after this game
what did we do to deserve this

Did I mention it has the definitive version of the quickest way to lose friends and make mortal enemies?

Boom Blox was Angry Birds before Angry Birds was a thing.

I BLAME OUR SCHOOLS

Oh Christ I remember the music.
youtube.com/watch?v=STP44iU9EpI

maybe he shouldn't have made the gayest game in existence

I got into a fist fight with one of my college roommates over this game

...

>Not posting the best Wii Ware game.

Dungeon Crawlers if you want to scratch that itch

it should've got the no more heroes treatment and got ported to the PS3 or really anything other than the Wii.

Maybe my favorite game on the Wii. Great ambient music, atmosphere, and voice acting. Playing as a scorpion is super cool.

I remember reading about this game a lot in Nintendo Power. Never played it though.

>the game is so gay the cover literally asks you to turn over

Where good series got last harrahs.

I guess I will stop now that this killed my fun.

is not complete

It also doesn't call out games people particularly like. It is a giant list of so many games that no one who sees it gives a fuck.

Yoshiro Kimura's practically ended after he made as well, but at least his mobile games are fun.

The announcers were hilarious, but I don't remember much else from the game aside from them. This was the game that really made me pay attention to Platinum's character writing.

The God Hand context-sensitive attack on women where you spank them into the stratosphere showed up here again. I do remember that.

Tatsunoko vs Capcom was lowkey the best mashup fighting game I've ever played.

You know what games weren't on Wii?

Winter and Sadness.

It still hurts.

probably my favorite Vs game

TvC was the shit. Pic related was my team.

RISE LIKE A DRAGON
PUNCH A WOMAN

>Sadness
FUCK. It looked so cool. Also, is Winter that survival horror game set in a small town, something like that?

Something like that. I mean yeah, we got Shattered Memories which was supposed to be Cold Heart which sounded a lot like Winter in concept but still.

Id pay for a Switch port, the joycons would be good for MadWorld

The only reason I still dust off my Wii from time to time. Tekkaman and Joe the Condor/Ken the Eagle for life.

>If you ask me, that guy's looking a little bushed!
>Speaking of bush, do you prefer a muff or a landing strip?
>On me or the hooker?
*muffled giggling*
>cheers.

and
>plays poorly on Dolphin
Made me pretty sad when I went to replay it on there.

I still can't believe TRG isnt finsihed with the game yet, at least they're at the last boss/dung though.

Why did TvC feel more fun than crossover games that came afterwards?

I liked Red Steel 1 better
Much better story
The swordplay was garbage though
I fucking hated the whole cyber-western faggotry of Red Steel 2.

Fight me

Played a shit ton of this game. The multiplayer was super smooth for a wii game, not sure how they did it.

Weapons were also garbage tier in Red Steel 1. Except for the Scar-H.

Only redeeming level was the one with the toy shit.

I remember thinking Excite Trucks letting you play SD card music was the coolest shit

game?
