Gibberish is an absolute top tier choice for games with voice acting. It massively cuts down the cost while still getting emotions and inflections across. It also massively deflates the problems of having a shitty voice actor in the mix, because you'll notice it a lot less since you don't have any expectations. It also makes reused voice clips a lot less noticable.
If it's an actual working language it's 10/10 GOAT and I fucking wish more games would do this.
