this will not only bloat your file to astronomical sizes but it will limit what video you can convert to only a few seconds
record at ~24 fps
why? "the human eye cant see faster than that anyway"
seriously though watching gameplay videos, that's all your really need
dont confuse video recording with actual playable frame rates
would hate to have to trash those sick ass killstreaks just because you recorded at 60fps thinking it would be a positive
also setting bit rate to ~1000 is good - anything more is overkill, especially with the 3mb limit
