I just played through both DLCs, long time RE fan.
Not a Hero was alright, nothing special but worth playing if you have the game.
End of Zoe is not worth $15, maybe $10, but I'd go so far as to say it's the best DLC I have ever played and would recommend it to any RE fan. It's great fun gameplay wise, has a neat little twist, ties up a minor plothole or two, has a great self contained story, adds a cool new character, and if anyone calls the new gameplay mechanics retarded they've clearly never played the other RE games, classic or new. I went in expected decent, and to the level of RE7 at best. I think it was my favorite part of RE7 as a whole.
