In the Spirit Temple in Ocarina of Time at the top of the room with the moving wall if you turn around there's a platform from the Water Temple complete with the weird water effect which looks strange.
Literally nothing there and it was removed from Master Quest. Easy to miss since you have no reason to turn around once up there.
Must have replayed OoT a thousand times and I only noticed it the other week.
