>the cheapest ryzen is more expensive than an i5
>muh 8 cores
>AMD still hasn't learned anything from Bulldozer

Many people will switch platforms just to realise amd has once again released a sub-par product. And this time it's not even cheap.

I'll pretend you're actually retarded here and not baiting.

They still have R5 and R3 to come out. The cheapest R7 just BTFO the 3rd most expensive i7

>BTFO 3rd most expensive i7

Simply not true

>Bulldozer 2.0
>the cheapest ryzen is more expensive than an i5

They are barely beating those high-end i7. I think the r5 and r3 will be close to intel mid-range.

4fps difference on an Nvidia based game at 1920*1080
>Gayming
Wowsers!

Now try again with more than one shitty example

Intel shills call out amdrones for cherry picking benchmarks
Intel shills use a single bench mark to say amds new chip is shit
Really makes you think

the amount of amd shilling on this board i horrendous. Every single fucking time a new poo in the loo comes out.

>Gayming
>CPU test
>Nvidia based game

$329> $350 is what you're saying

...

in germany the 7700k and 1700 are exactly the same price

well that's cause your all cucks

because Ryzen isn't being released worldwide yet, therefore you have to import it and importers are price gouging because they can.

Ryzen 5/3 is 7700k competitor.
Lower core count, higher clock, better for gaming.

Bulldozer is 8 shitty cores

Ryzen is 8 nigger cores with the power to kill Intel

>judging the entire ryzen lineup off of their i7 equivalent tier (which is fucking good for the price points it covers)
nice samefagging. even retards on Sup Forums couldn't fall for this bait, but you did make me reply 5/10

you can think that, but really, games run good enough on 8 cores that the slight fps loss isn't a big deal, but when games use all 8 cores it shits on 4 cores or even all 4 cores and something pops up in the background like fucking chrome eating 25% processing power right now like a fucking cocksucker, and that will impact the gameplay, while on 8 cores you wouldn't even notice.

>he thinks that those 3 are the only ryzen cpus

>overclocked
>1 fps less
really makes you think

Average means nothing, It's the minimum that matters

>AMD still hasn't learned anything from Bulldozer
I'm still waiting for the official reviews, but that's just not true.

They abandoned the stupid Bulldozer style of multi-threading with a single core and embraced the simpler but much more reliable SMT that Intel has been using for hyper-threading for years now.

That alone is a learned trait right there.

What are Series 5 and Series 3

>he doesn't know there's a r5 and r3

Actually the fact that Ryzen has basically the same avg FPS as a 7700K but a lower Maximum means that frames are more consistent on Ryzen

>You don't know there are four and six core variants coming
>You're unaware 1800X beats Intel's best consumer chip
>You fell for the Intel meme
>Trying this hard to defend your shitty purchase

>benchmarking CPU performance on Max Settings

does it finally support sse4 and allow me to emulate arm android as well as play ps2?

>AMD matches Intel's gaming performance at lower clock speeds while completely annihilating them in productivity for $20 less
>This is somehow problematic
Really oodles my noodles.

>the cheapest ryzen
...will be $130, will launch in H2 2017, and will bring i5 performance to i3 budgets, just as the 4c8t R5 will bring i7 performance to i5 budgets in Q2 2017

this is why its important here in Australia

>intel losing the mobile market
>intel losing the console market
>Now intel is going to lose the consumer market
gg intel

Is it an AMD country now?

What are AMD and Nvidia GPUs like there?

low tier gamers stick to nvidia, but its a 65/35 split. most people would never buy a 1080, it still costs over $1000 (765 usd)

Ryzen 7 is competing with the i7
The Ryzen 5 will be competing with the i5

>max settings

Server market?

>The Ryzen 5 will be competing with the i5
Ryzen 3 1000 (119 usd) will be the poorfag chip

you tell me
youtube.com/watch?v=YWEHs_R5t9s

The 1700 competes with chips like the 6850K, not with fucking i5s. That's what the 3 and 5 series are for.

>he doesn't know about Naples

stop conflating more cores with better performance.

>implying nvidia based game matters or he fucking CPU

Holy fuck. Leave and never come again

>no information about system specs, chipset, memory,

Paired with the fact that this breaks from other leaked benchmarks and without knowing how well Zen OCs, that graph is pretty much meaningless.

it's quite clearly from a video ya genius
also this goes exactly along with the graphs
this is a benchmark of gta 5 compared to a kabby lake 7700k, not a broadwell 6900k
and the 1700 has like a 3ghz clock speed while the 770k has a 4.2-4.5ghz clock speed

Good man. Also the reason for this is probably a mixture of a bigger cache (although they probably needed it because of worse design) and good algorithmic design to avoid cache misses (whaa surely contradictory :^) ? Maybe. Maybe the big cache is to make up for cache misses that would cripple performance. Maybe well made software don't have that many cache misses so it's not showing in tests...)

Anyway ya'll fucklords. Go do something decent with your time until the real multitask benchmarks.

where does he show his ryzen cpu?

no, no it did not. one 1700x overclocked benchmarked higher than one non overclocked 7700k in userbench. however the average userbench score for that 7700k is 30 points higher than the shill benchmark and 16 points higher than the 1700x. don't fucking lie, it's still a nice processor it doesn't need you to lie for it.

they're barely beating stock boosted 7700k on their maximum overclocks. they're fucked.

Did they get that video taken down for breaking NDA? I see their official channel is missing that video.

>conflating

yeah i guess you are right..
meanwhile on a serious site computerbase.de/2017-02/cpu-skalierung-kerne-spiele-test/

AMD is so fucking awful. I can't wait until that piece of shit company is dead in the ground. Hopefully Ryzen will be the nail in the coffin.
