Dis whiteboi is jelly.

from 12gb to 16gb ram on my laptop with an i7-4710hq feels goodman.
last night

Xeon L5639 to X5650.

Forgot why, I thought it had died or something.
Ended up selling it locally for $50.

2010 ASUS Roj laptop with a 5870m potato card. Still works great and I love it. Can play Rust at 60 FPS on lowest setting which isn't bad for EU 3

Put GPU in a tower I bought for my gf.

Nvidia GT 710 2gb. Still can barely run Diablo 3.

Last week sometime.

What the fuck is wrong with his head

Your picture is absurd to be quite honest with you

Upgraded my hard drive from 3TB to 6TB in December. Not the most exciting thing.

6850 to rx480

560 Ti -> 1070.

Threw my girlfriends chrome book into the trash and bought her a gaymen pc with an intel 6600, 8gb ram and a 760 i got for free from a co-worker.

also upgrading my cpu from an fx-8120 to a ryzen r7 1700, and from 16 gb 1333 mhz ddr 3 ram to 16 gb 2666 mhz ddr4 ram. as soon as the shit ships anyways.

I swapped my 2 2tb drives in my desktop for 2 4tb drives. Then put the 2 2tb in my server in RAID 1 as a shared drive for everyone on the network since before the shared drive was only a 200gb partition we outgrew very quickly

My last "upgrade" was about 7 months back to a used [email protected]+Dark Rock Advanced, 16GB PC3-12800C8 and a HD5850. Two old 19 Benq inch monitors and a G600.

I could afford a proper setup but just.. just didn't care enough. UNTIL NOW BOYS.

Got a Renditon V2200 to replace my old S3 Virge, feels good.

bought an r9 290 like 2 years ago

desktop: cpu like a week ago from a g3258 to a 4670k. getting a phanteks tc12dx tomorrow
laptop: last feb
phone: got a new xperia xz to use in tandem with my 6s
other: getting a 4 bay 3.5" hdd enclosure to store my weeb shit. bought 2 more 2tb hgst deskstars as well.

P4 prescott to i7-4930K
7800 GTX to GTX 780
hopefully this shit will last me another 15 years

last week I put my existing desktop components into a new case I payed too much for. New case is corsair c70

felt pretty stupid when it was all said and done. my last case was perfectly good, just both case fans stopped working. spend about 2 hours swapping everything and lo' and behold it works like it used to, but green now

lmao at the retards in here buying cpus right before ryzen drops (even if you're paying for intel the prices are gonna drop dramatically soon)

same case (), it's pretty decent and I like how it doesn't look like a fucking space ship. got 9 slow fans in there, perfectly silent.

are you using a fan controller? if so what kind?

speedfan. I soldered a 9-way splitter cable and connected them all to the single controllable fan header on the mainboard.

bought a xfx 480 gtr for 220 euro bucks last month

February 2014

Core i5 4690k
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SOC
16GB G. Skill 1600MHz DDR3
Phanteks PH-TC14PE
500GB Samsung 850 EVO
Sapphire Tri-X R9 290
Seasonic X-850
NZXT H440

I later swapped the case and mobo for a GA-Z97N-WIFI and a Phanteks EVOLV ITX. I plan on upgrading to Zen and Vega around Black Friday depending on benchmarks and reviews.

why would you get a new mobo if you plan on changing to ryzen

That was over a year ago. I didn't like how loud the front fans on the H440 and I was interested in mITX, so I bought the case+mobo for for less than $200 and sold the old parts for $150.

400w PSU
250gb HDD
