I've only used them briefly and that was well before I had any idea what was going on. Last I checked, they were primarily in the same datacenter as seedhost, but they might be branching out. You'll have to research that yourself. I'd say that currently about 80% of 2017 FLAC CD initial swarms are seedhost boxes though.
