RAM prices inflated due to a formed cartel

>RAM prices inflated due to a formed cartel

ram and graphics are

too expensive for me friend

god damn miner scum

thank you

It's up ti you

gpu prices are still relatively normal here
should I buy one even if I don't need it just in case

What

There would be no RAM or GPUs if it wasn't for capitalism my dearest underage.

>Computers never existed before the wall fell in the USSR
>USSR never went to space
wew, capitalism'd

>Ssds are still cheap

Should i buy a fuckton if ssds in case price goes up too?

USSR computers were roughly 1/3rd the power as those created in the West. Believe it or not you don’t actually need strong computers to go into space. Just very fine mathematical calculations and material science know how.

potato*3 still =potato
the point is that capitalismd is an arbitrary dependency for hardware

Oh yeah also have 2 4gig sticks of RAM but I usually have a lot of browser tabs up and run a dual screen I’m thinking of turning into a tri screen so I’m thinking of upgrading in general, including RAM.

Should I keep the 2x4 and just get 2 more 4 gig sticks or go for 2 8 gig sticks?

I mean to post this elsewhere but w/e I’m gay

>buy a gpu 2 days after christmas
>look at price today and it's 50% higher
jesus fuck.

Stop being a poorfag.

>USSR computers were roughly 1/3rd the power
No. USSR clones of western computers had usually faster CPUs and more memory, sure they came out a year or three afterward, but they where not slower.

Soviet Spectrum clones are still highly sought after because that.

Kids these days.

Soviets had great in-house technology that's development was founded by the government.
They had better clones of every western CPU and also their own.

You mean the super expensive ones only the government had while average citizens had (and still have to this day) are potatoes that can barely run CS GO on minimum settings at 23 FPS?

LMAO, just because you lucked in buying some stolen hardware doesn't mean that it's an actual way to get anything.
There isn't a single listing under $500 of 64GB DDR4 RAM on ebay.

Soviets didn't even have basic consoles while the rest of the world were enjoying NES. Only got a cheap knockoff in the early 90s. Forget about computers.
