They were better solo.

>Plastic Ono Band
>McCartney
>Ram
>Wild Life
>Band on the Run
>Back to the Egg
>All Things Must Pass

Better than most Beatles albums.

Rubber Soul is my favorite Beatles album, but the song that got me hooked was "I've Just Seen a Face."

First one was probably Beatles For Sale, my dad played their whole discog around me constantly but early Beatles, particularly BFS is what my earliest Beatles memories are tied to. That was probably the one that got me hooked t b h.

My first one I think was A Hard Day's Night. I have a faint memory of hearing it on cassette in my dad's car.
The first one that got me hooked was both With the Beatles and Beatles for Sale, because my parents had both albums burned onto the same CD and we played it in the car during road trips when I was a little kid. As a result I hold both albums, particularly the former, very close to my heart.

listening to my dad's White Album tape got me hooked I think

Favorite Album: Revolver
Favorite Song: She Said, She Said
Favorite Post-Beatles record: Ram
Favorite Non-Album Single: Strawberry Fields Forever.

>Better than most Beatles albums

I'll give you Plastic Ono, Ram and All Things Must Pass, but I think that's about it.
