I've decided to delay anything new until early next year, Christmas has kept me really busy this year lately.
Very relaxing and beautiful music.
Thanks! I'm going to guess you're ?
It's really good and vintage. I'd be curious what synths were used, I think the drums sounds a lot like Linn Drum.

really nice ambience and texture on all the instruments. not really into soundtracks but it sounds nice.
really kickass post-punk sounding basslines and good production on the guitars, but the vocals could use some work. they sound kinda out of place.
ive listened to this before. really spacey and groovey and a lot to listen for. reminds me of animal collective and ariel pink in varying shades.

pic related is possibly the cover of my new psychedelic album, I don't know when will I finish it. I really want to make something good this time.
Thank you. They are all soft synths, but I'll list a few. Electra X, KORG Legacy Cell, Rob Papen Predator, OP-X PRO-II, TAL-U-NO-LX. Some of these were pricy, but it's worth it as you can pretty much create any kind of sound your heart desires.
For the drums, some of the songs indeed used Linn drum, but a lot of them I just used what sounded right. I layer around 7 or 8 snares and 6 kicks to make em sound fuller.
>piano
>depressive black metal
>each release its different
This is a great shit! I love the planetary concept throughout the album. lol
You sound like something I'd like to do! Inspiring, relaxing and soul-warming music. ;)
I found this to be good but too long, maybe.
Le great dark shit! Piano sounds dystopian within the whole intrumentals, like something from a movie about a nuclear war.

Leaving some feedback this time. Don't forget to rate on RYM: rateyourmusic.com
Most of these 80s inspired albums fall way off the mark, but this gets pretty close. No album from the 80s is this squished though, this sounds needlessly loud in a lot of places. I might be jumping to conclusions, but I think learning some music theory would help a lot, these chord progressions sound like you just put triads in a sequence that sounds kinda good. your synths sound great and authentic though.

and this wow
I love love love your vocalist, she sounds very R&B, like you would hear her singing on lounge muzak in a nice bar, the contrast is interesting. I want to produce her solo pop album and be her friend.
Check out Chairlift, their vocalist might be some inspiration.
Just finished this, beautiful beautiful stuff. One complaint, your drummer is either uncannily on point or you're using sequenced drums. If you're using sequenced drums, try and mess them up a bit, make them come in a millisecond later than they should etc. If your drummer is a real person, then maybe ask them to relax a bit.
Oh shit I forgot to rec this because the image was different. Don't overlook this or skip it for its poor production quality.

Not him but you should listen to other people and give them criticism or feedback of any type. I try not to be overwhelming positive unless it's something I genuinely feel deserves that, but its up to you, if you want feedback that is.

Description:
The title of Good Boy's new album, A Mouth Full, is quite prophetic of what it has to offer. Dizzying, disorienting synthesizers and vocoders, dwindling guitars, and colorful, terse bursts of energy, composed and comprised aside George's soft spoken, illusory-filled lyricism. Quite the mouthful indeed.
Support, scrobble, or review on RYM. Any feedback of any kind would be greatly appreciated. And George give some love. Thank You. :)

Typical lo-fi beats like jinsang or tomppa. Nothing breathtaking. Don't know why the fuck you call them "abstract" but whatevs. Sounds cool and all but wouldn't pay money for it.
Sounds pretty original, which is very important in my book. "Time" is slightly repetetive. "vyrs" is kinda boring. "IMYRS" sounds cool.

I really dig this, also like the cover art change.
drums sound a bit programmed but I suppose that can't be helped sometimes. Other than that, the only complaint I'd have is the guitar sounds a bit clean for my liking though I suppose thats to be expected in ayy lmao black metal
I really fucking like this, page layout is great as well.
I kind liked the Frankenstein esque stuff more than this but it's good
cool to see more bm ITT
not really my style but I appreciate the instrumentation
thank you! i will do that,
i will be very critical
Thank you for the constructive criticism. You are right. My biggest issue is making each sound, sound like it's on it's own layer, if you know what I mean?
I've never been to music school or anything like that, I've learned everything on my own, plus I'm 1/3rds deaf on my left ear, so you can imagine what a pain that must be.
Again, thank you!

Ry-londo Carruthers, here.. this sheeeit right here is just some bowels-of-Hell's-bowels kind of avant-garde metal. The first track is kind of a memey intro track.. the second song is memey, too, but the third track is pretty rad. Thank you, much appreciated. Fuck the church.
So catchy, very foot tap-able, just a great sound for spacing out on a long car ride to California's Bay Area. Very sweet, mysterious, and sapping sounds that give you soft body blows and a few kisses. I love this stuff, it's very cool.

We don't have much but we're trying our best. We're moving in a more accessible direction going forward, hoping to get a bunch of covers out before the year ends but I don't know
Don't second guess yourself. The avant-garde stuff found on here is cool and a little cooky in a good way.. I found myself suckered in. No musical critiques here, because it just seemed that there's a strange place that this all came from, mentally, and I dig it.

Been compared to Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead and M83. Yeah.
You've got the vibe down well, I like it. The intro to Earth got me by surprise.
Neon City [something] seems to be a very common thing among 80s inspired artists. I've got a song named Neon City Void.
Nice and ambient, very relaxing.
Really like the songwriting here, reminds me of The Strokes and a little bit of The Smiths, very post-punk. The mixing/mastering needs some work though. Vocals could use some improvement as well.
This is great electronic music, modern sounding. deserves more recs.
Soothing ambient songs, very atmospheric.
Sounds pretty nice, digging the bummer vibes a lot. Nice change of pace from the usual bedroom pop I'm used to hearing
