Things I've already listened and recommend
me, pic related is going to be my next album's cover. I'm having a struggle deciding which direction to go so it won't be finished this year.
obvious recs:
Hey man, I'm probably going to need some piano sound for my next album. Could you help me out?

Question: how many people do you show your music to?
I ussually just show it to a very supportive musician friend and some unfinished tracks i show my parents when they are giving me shit about being a bum.
No one knows that i post that music online tho
Reccies
I usually show it to a friend with objective view and some other people, like my parents and that.

This is okay, very aphex. I like the parts where the signal peaked, especially on track 4. Work a bit on the actual songwriting though, tracks 1, 3, and 5 all use the same chord progression.

Just released our first single today!
Productionwise pretty sloppy, practice making beats a bit more. I'm only at the second track, so if I hear something worth mentioning I'll write.
The guitar is a nice touch, but the bass drums should be a bit louder and everything else (espedcially the harsh highs) lower.

recc:
Solid ambient. Definitely interested to see the film.
Pretty good, especially for improv
Not bad, the drums are nice. Maybe experiment a little more with your lead instruments
I really like your album art. Really nice textures on Tézis. Évtizedekre ottfelejtett gyűlölet is also really fucking intense
Sounds pretty authentic, I dig it.
Gets grimy af and is pretty unique in general. Cool shit
This is really good. For something recorded on cassette it sounds really well produced
Solid production, would definitely like to hear more
Why is this thread so slow?
Anyway, here's a question to keep it alive:
Have you ever played live? Can you imagine yourself playing live gigs? How would it differ from what you're doing in the studio/bedroom?

I have performed live in a market, just me, my guitar, Parkinsons-like playing and ill-fitting pants. I can't imagine Hodegetria or my other band live; I could improvise with pedals and my keyboard but it'd be ass.
I can get behind this. The tracks feel like sketches, and I can kind of relate to just wandering on the keys like this, it's pleasant
usual recs
oops here's a picture
I'd say I've played live more times than I've recorded myself performing by a lot, its generally a lot more enjoyable than any studio experience I've ever had

(I work under the aliase 'Ezra')
I've been asked to but never played. I do, but I can't, if that makes sense. I don't think the songs would translate that well live. They don't allow much breathing space.

Ripped audio from some VHS tapes I found at the thrift store that were produced by a local cult.

Recs:
I listened to Virtual Dream in full and I really liked it! I love the atmospheres and how you blend synths with vaporwave. My favourite track is "╭Childhood╯", I really dig the synths you used. "Shopping Online" reminds me of Super Mario Sunshine for some reason. The last two tracks are really relaxing . Solid album overall! I shared it on my Twitter because it's just so cool.
Nice album, the synths are great and it doesn't sound cliché like most synthwave out there these days. My favourite tracks are "Desert Sunset", specially near the end, and "Climax". I like it when the synths start at 1:00, initially I thought the whole track was going to be sax but the way you introduced the synths was really nice. Also the cover art is amazing!
I loved your album "2". My favourite track is "Sea", I like the atmosphere it creates, it sounds kinda sad. I really dig "Space Vampires" (there's something off about the main synth line though) and "Hyperspeed" too. I shared your album too because I really enjoyed it.

rec-
hey im
ur music is godawful:
improve your music or stop posting thank you
if you're into this kind of music then it's actually pretty good, but thanks for the feedback
you tagged yourself
nice b8
Nah, I'm just a really positive guy who likes to encourage others.
Where's your music buddy?
Very ambient. Interesting production, kind of reminds me of schlomo desu. I'm sure you meant the synth to be out of tune around 1:15, but that's one part I think would benefit from a similar synth tone but less atonal. Overall, bretty gud but I'm not familiar enough with electronic music to give proper feedback. I'm the Reptilian Math rock song guy.
I like the atmosphere here, you get a sense of something heavy creeping up on you and then the technical playing starts. It's not really my sort of stuff (specifically the vocals) but the drumming is pretty tight.
Also, for the second guy I like the post rock part at the end a lot.
I've played at Lollapalooza, Summerfest and once in Spain. I'm pretty good on stage now.
Electronic, more dance oriented. but some experimental stuff.
Hey there is this guy: not this bonzo . Sorry for the comment you got from this man-child and thanks for listening!
Same goes to you , sorry!
