First for s/t and spyros friendship
>you will never be as happy as soichi terada
How do people allow this problematic attitude into their venues?
second for everybody realising s/t is a meanie
do u think he meditates on the immensity of death
YOU JUST CAN'T STOP HIM
Possibly the best RA mix I've heard and I'm not massively into House.
residentadvisor.net
DJ Sprinkles @ Corsica two nights ago was legitimately one of the best nights I've ever had desu, first time I've had a good time at Corsica
went Secretsundaze yesterday at pickle factory but it was way too quiet and I burned myself out n had a bit of a sad journey home
how was your weekend everyone?
wheres the best place to find reissues/represses
swear there must be a site that updates daily and tells me whats coming
why does it cost so much money just to get into dj'ing
you're gonna need a good set of decks (too many cables, having to use tracktor software with low end ones)
you're gonna need a good soundsystem (no point on playing tunes if you arent playing them right)
you need to buy all the tunes you could ever think of playing (playing torrented tunes is like a cinema playing pirated cam recorded movies)
you're looking at over a grand easily just to get started
youtube comments section
>playing torrented tunes is like a cinema playing pirated cam recorded movies
lol so many DJs do this and no ones noticing, Nina Kravis only got caught out by playing some stuff that Ron Morelli personally put on Funkysouls to bait out DJs
i was at a club and legit heard a radio rip of a track that had the radio dj talking over some of it
the dance floor nearly died of embarrassment for the dj
this mix is so good, swear his relentless positivity comes through in every tune, dunno how many producers could make a Jimi Hendrix remix work but he pulls it off

Danyka has a new track with Televisor next week
thoughts?
get out you spaz
just copied and pasted my post from the other thread, but i just copied the embedded titles of the vid and not tha actual links lol the state of me
he can post tangerine dream if he wants
Danyka always has been my favorite female vocalist on Monstercat, though the songs she's appeared in after Dangerous have been kind of bland IMO. I just appreciate how her vocals sound so natural as opposed to filtered or forced. She was on fire in 2014, being featured in hit after hit in, and I've also really grown an appreciation of Televisor since their Venture EP. I really think that this will be a great song.
I really want to exact version of Till Dawn from that mix but I don't know if it's released or not.
youtube.com
Also nothing to do with Terada but this is my second favourite RA mix because I wasn't expecting any of this sort of shit from Raime.
residentadvisor.net
he's an insufferable Sup Forums refugee with the baitest taste imaginable
What does /bleep/ think about noisia?
youtu.be
Really making an effort to be a creep?
Televisor straying away from monstercat is great because the development is done. Danyka isn't too bad of a vocalist. Best pick for them. Hoping for a good song
seriously fuck off you spacker
you have no idea what these threads are about

now you may take it for granted but others DONT
Who cares. This is a electronic music discussion thread. It's still music. Go on with your life
Danyka is one of my favourite vocalists, to be honest
At one point they were the greatest D&B producers of all time on the same level as Ed Rush & Optical, Stakka & Skynet, Photek, Konflict, Paradox, Bad Company and maybe Technical Itch and DJ Trace (or Voyager and whoever else engineered his tunes).
Then their House sub-label tunes started to get more attention than their D&B tunes and it all went swiftly downhill. Their first LP was very sub-standard and they have never properly recovered since.
Although saying that, even though they were better producers, they weren't even the best Dutch D&B trio around.
youtube.com
You are extremely sensitive
I like reija lee and Oliver tree as vocalists. Both provide great vocals and fit well with the songs given to them
honestly, i'm not crazy about that one. don't know why so many people seem to love it so much. it's not bad ofc, but the melody didn't click with me and drop felt quite underwhelming and generic.
posting this every day until you like it
The remixes for their first album were killer at least. Kill the noise, datsik and excision 2012 styles, posij's debut, and one brutal 16 bit remix to machine gun made it at least salvageable
Not bad user.
Now try this youtu.be
hey /bleep/ rec me some good electronic music albums
i've been really into afx and opn lately and I want to explore the genre
/bleep/ is a tightly knit, self-contained community with a very identifiable preference, and has been for years. You do not just elbow in and start shitting it up. Monstercat and bait Americanised ""EDM"" is not welcome here. I don't know who told you that was okay, but they were greatly misinformed. FUCK OFF. Make your own thread.
/bleep/ isn't really about albums but just lurk and save your favorite tunes to a playlist :-)
It's up there for me as well, nice to see them let loose and show of there UKG knowledge
youtube.com
One i've played non stop since it dropped is The Exaltics mix: residentadvisor.net
hands in the air for soichi
please stop using Americanized as a pejorative /bleep/ wouldn't exist if it weren't for us m8
the tune with amon tobin from their lp is hands down their finest tune
this is a stone cold classic famalam no convincing needed
this version tho~

check out homework by daft punk
if you want something more cerebral, I recommend squarepusher or autechre (really austere music, be advised)
for something more dance-y, check basic channel, skrillex or deadmau5
but if you really want some albums and seeing you like 0pn you'd love Klaus Schulze
also give Amorphous Androgynous a go
Been listening to loads of UKG sets recently and Oi is most of them, what a massive tune. The best track on that Raime RA was Roar but I will never be able to find a full length version of it anywhere.
Pretty sure Drexicya is literally the only electro I have ever listened to so might give that mix a listen later.
that's /bloop/ which unfortunately isn't very active anymore.
Urbandawn-Gothenburg cluster
Moody good-Moody good
Bad company UK-Shot down on safari
Pendulum-In silico
Bassnectar-Divergent spectrum
RAM trilogy-Molten beats
he genuinely inspires me, bloke is so enthusiastic and has gnarly shirts lol
youtube.com
raime's fact mix is top as well
youtube.com
they did a br collections video a couple days ago that seemed good, i dipped in and out of it and they were pulling out jon e cash and j sweet records, sick
haven't heard the new LP but not been reading good things about it to be honest
...you tried
thoughts on the last Zomby album?
This was probably the only track off Split The Atom which was them at the sort of standard people were used to at that time.
I think my favourite Noisia track is probably The Tide or Block Control.
youtube.com
youtube.com
My favourite Noisia collab is easily this though.
youtube.com
ngl raime have sick records and that but they just seem so serious, like just because you're signed to a label called blackest ever black doesn't mean u have to be so moody all the time
Patiently waiting for a Sublow revival.
youtube.com
Same as every Zomby LP, massively overrated. WWUi92 is still the only thing he did which wasn't shit all the way through.
Sunhammer is so calming but dark and brutal. Best is probably a tie of tommys theme or shellshock
Nah, homework is good, but discovery is better. RAM is good if you really want to have a nice day, and human after all is okay.
The post or my digits?
obviously the post.
post some fuckin dub
Wasn't the tide released back in 2006?
Checked, but why the post? The albums I recommend aren't that bad
youtube.com
my favorite desu
what is your guilty pleasure /bleep/? Hardcore/gabber for me. I just fucking love it
lol yeah from what i watched they seemed a bit po-faced, the one guy (joe?) was well engaging though. still waiting for BEB to put out the "holy grail of lost uk techno" that they were talking about a while back
have u heard Tooth?
trust, the tunes were heavyweight
i've battered the silverdrizzle black ops showcase mix to death

damn, mc eri really fell off
Did you ever listen to the music? The selections aren't half bad
gotta come clean, 2 years ago i gave adtbg an pass exonerating him from his parddom, to this day i regret it but until it expires he is technically not a pard
and my momma swore to herself
that she'd never let her/self forget
and that was the day that I promised

>Urbandawn-Gothenburg cluster

>Pendulum-In silico

>RAM trilogy-Molten beats
entering passable territory here but barely scraping it
>Nina Kravis only got caught out by playing some stuff that Ron Morelli personally put on Funkysouls to bait out DJs
never heard of this sounds interesting
where did u hear this?
ini
squeaky clean nu disco
>edit: from discogs
>'Ron Morelli uploaded an alternate version of Vereker's track to a L.I.E.S. thread on funkysouls, and a little while later Nina Kraviz was caught playing the ''russian torrent version'' of the track. Hence Russian Torrent Versions.'
>saying loool just for a album
>pure shit but not naming the bad tracks from good
>not appreciating the sound design of some songs
I get that SDOS wasn't the best BC pick, but it's a album you could buy or get to at least hear some of the older sounds.
pretty cool, AFX analord vibes
pendulum and bassnectar really dont deserve more than a loool dont kid urself
sound design does not a good tune make
hehe n1
Don't want to be mr. Sup Forums man here but seriously lurk more
This is 15 year old cod player taste in dnb
hey dude if you like sound design you should check out my man Objekt, he's miles ahead of most people with how he can manipulate space and sound
I still have to get some better taste. I'm still liking the modern sound. Recommend me some good jungle and classic dnb
youtube.com
please somebody upload this off of soulseek
beg man
thanks man this is great
I have a pirated copy of Sylenth1, and there is no menu button in the generator. Does anyone know a fix for this?
i recommend
