My band just released this on Friday, it's like indie rock/folk with electronic elements, cinematic soundscapes, and avant-garde sound design sketches marblemoon.bandcamp.com/album/marble-moon
>early detroit techno >electro >maybe some idm/braindance influence

I finished a music video a while ago, check it out & leave some feedback if you want to, everything is more than welcome! - youtube.com/watch?v=TsjdYLSTaAY
I'll be returning any feedback i get on the track on soundcloud.
Wow man you have a great sound. Definitely one of the best rappers i've seen on here, you got a supporter.
Damn bro, great hip hop in mu today. You got dope lines and such a nice old school sound. I love the A-list rapper line and of course the walter white reference.
Just released this after 4 years of not being able to work much on my music. It's a pretty simple, poppy, two-tracks single. Previous release was a longer, less poppy, 49 minutes-long album with more live instruments
Listening to the first link, I'd call this more drum and bass with a subtle trash metal feel, lol. This is pretty fun, but I feel that the guitars sound way too thin. Those are some sort of VST/synth, right?
Second track is pretty dope. Maybe a bit "directionless" - in the sense that it doesn't really seem to be bringing all that much new stuff after establishing its main rhythms, sounds, etc, but it's a nice listen anyway.
Actually real nice and chill, and nice use of samples. That Llama.wav track has a really nice beat but I really wish your rapper had a better mic and/or was mixed better. Sounds way too "dry".
It's hard to explain how I feel about this. I like the polytonal/discordant things, but those dissonant melodies sound weirdly unassuming, like you're not sure whether you really want to be dissonant. It's has a weird "out there but not too much" feel to it, as a result
The track may be too repetitive, too. Could use more effects, fucking around with the synths settings, ambiant noises, variations, whatever. I definitely like what you're going for, however!
hello the loop is cool but not for the entire 3 minutes, try changing up the sample or the orchestration gets tiring !!
trill I honestly love this reminds me of Kirby and the Crystal Shards but like if u took a bunch of MDMA before playing it and forced yourself to have as much fun as possible, the melodies are nice and I like the interaction between the electronic and analog !!! this vamp is really long but it's truly trill
um this is sort of boring but I can imagine like a 14 year old's life being changed by this
love me some ed edd and eddy, the beat is fly also a fucking gut wrenching break would be ill somewhere in here. you rap funny but I like it
youtu.be/vL7J71-WY7c this is my new beat tape that came out last night if u wanna hear some slightly experimental hip hop beatz that's these I guess
onefor.bandcamp.com is >chiptunes >microtones >songs >sadness
sincereed.bandcamp.com is some really old shit that if u like spooky shit you might like idk???
ages ago I worked on the following >harmonicforest.bandcamp.com/album/harmonic-forest-ep I was thinking of doing more, but with a harder edge to the guitar, racier, louder, more "punk" like guitar (though still acoustic) also gonna try and get more acoustic harsh noise tracks done.
my reason for posting in this thread is I have no idea what to do about vocals, I know more "punk" like music would allow me to get away with sounding more like shit if I just up the volume but I dunno.

Hot shit This is cool, I like the dialogue Some of this is pretty cool, but some of it gets too experimental for me
great sampling and rhythms you've got going on. reminds me a lot of madlib and the avalanches combined.
wonderful soft vocals. the lyrics are nice and dreamy and overall this is just really pleasant to listen to.
love the progressive sound and the dreamy production. gives me a very cinematic/soundtrack feeling. every part seems to fit into its place well and nothing is too loud or muddy.
very groovy, skillful music. probably the best i've heard so far with all the beautiful melodies and timbres. keep it up
I don't know many people here, but I'll be looking around and definitely dropping some feedback if I feel I can do so competently. Anybody that wants specific feedback on anything, give me a heads up and I'll check your stuff out : )
My other project is Iron, which I've used over the years to experiment with production techniques while I assemble Walk On, War. ironmusic.bandcamp.com/
It's been a long and fun journey putting the first Miss Miracle album out (started experimenting with Iron in 2013), so I hope you all enjoy it!
Sorry about the price, though. Iron is free, but the effort put into Miss Miracle is pretty huge so I don't want to just give it away. Check out Iron if you want some stuff from me for free :0
Recs - also I quite liked q-pup but I don't see them in this thread so here they are, check them out too. qpup.bandcamp.com/

just put out a short ep thing (just an opener and 1 song)
I love the mood of this track, but I think the static noise is a bit distracting/too loud. Perhaps be careful that your ambiance doesn't distract from the actual musical elements of what you put together. Good stuff, though.
oh fuck this made me kek i like the art and untitled16122016 kind of generic to be honest but i'm not a huge fan of psytrance HOLY FUCK THATS GOOD fuck you guys are making me feel bad about my music song5.wav is cool af become less minimalist
Xavier Rodriguez
