I'm looking for music that sounds good. It doesn't need profound insight or even crafted lyrics. Sublimity is all I'm looking for.
The music can be from the pop charts or a history book.

Sup Forumscore charts
Moonlight Sonata
Sup Forumscore has none of the traits that OP is asking for.
it sounds good
How good does it sound? I'd like a few artists who's albums are nothing but good sounding shit.
try pic related
is it okay if the lyrics are good though
Any top Jazz musician, any record. The only genre theoretically structured to simply sound pleasing.
Is this true?
I'm looking for the poetry of music, pure aesthetic. Those of you with good taste in poetry, what do you listen to?

Arguably the best instrumental record ever.
If you want something a bit more arty Tom Waits is a good listen.

aside from obvious good jazz/rock albums that probably will be posted here, i like Garden of Delete by OPN very much. It's really lush.
highlight: Freaky Eyes
this tbqhwy
First one starts really good, but there's no tension. I don't feel like listening after 30 seconds because I know the song isn't going anywhere. Into the trash
Second want sounds terrible for the first 30 seconds, but then the pace goes up into the lyrics. After that it's an even tone with good sound. This continues with a building tension foreshadowing the sax solo. Sax comes on and it sounds like an old man's ass.
Nothing pre-2016, please. I'm looking for the cutting edge of melody.
I'll review these later.

Damn, I'm so embarrassed that you didn't understand my joke.
Feeling embarrassed is only something you do if you're a pleb who can't control their emotions, but that doesn't make you any less of loser. You are so cerebrally deficient that my plain as joke went over your head. This was an absolute softball of a joke, it was on a t-ball t and you made me look big league. Have fun being retarded, smart guy; I'll be hitting homers.
Find your own fucking music you retard.
I'm sorry, I became worked up. It's my autism, makes it difficult to mind my emotions. I don't notice that I'm freaking out until 5 minutes after the fact.
I would just like some advice, I'm not trying to be a dick to anyone, I just have this disability.

Flowers From Exile
And monolighr serenade
Animal Collective and Boards of Canada. both are pretty Sup Forumscore-y but still fit what you want perfectly, at least to me. they're my two favorite musical acts as a result.
The Field - From Here We Go Sublime
ofc
>How good does it sound?
Because I like them
