I really really like it. It's great, but it's certainly not Batman the Animated Series, it's no Samurai Jack, and I would trade it in a heartbeat for more Symbionic Titan.
And even if it is the perfect show for you, I would hesitate to lionize it too strongly if I were you. Any show can take a sharp turn and become shit due to executive meddling or just plain running out of ideas. See: The Real Ghostbusters and the 2003 version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Both amazingly good, both permanently marred in the end.

Steven Universe is like Gravity Falls, a gay show for faggot neets who can't go outside. The story is shit, the animation is shit, it's shit all together. this is arguable a better show than SU and i love SU. it doesnt matter that its "progressive" by showing "progressive" people and couple that pander to the LGBT+ community and panderto other races, that doesnt make it a good show. i do agree it handles more mature content pretty well with some great metaphors like sex being fusion but there are definitely better shows
