9 you nerd

>..............

I'm not completely sure, but I think this may have been posted on Sup Forums once before?

...

>mfw its actually 1

pemdas
6/2(1+2)=x
6/2(3)=x
3(3)=x
9=x

Nein = pic related

Start with the parenthesis.
1+2 is 3.
Then the division
6/2 is 3.
There is no sign between them so multiply.
3*3 is 9

You must've failed math so fucken badly
it's 1

2(3) = 6
6/6 = 1

so, 1

1

Trips don't lie

It's a jape.

mfw my math teacher told me to first solve the shit in the parenthesis times the number in front.

Stupid cunt lied to me.

Any answer other then 9 is either retarded or trolling.

1
why would anyone claim different

Yalll fucked up PEMDAS go back to math 95
It's 1
6/2(1+2)= 1
6/2(3)
6/6=1

Where the fuck are you getting that 6 from dumbass

2*(3) you fucktard

1

it 1

You don't multiply the 2(3) first dipshit, you deal with the equations inside the brackets separately to equations outside then multiply them.

Not sure if trolling but
multiplication and division have equal precedence to you go from left to right.
6/2*3
3*3
9

Dude you're fucking retarded. 2(3)=6

Nine, bitch

× and ÷ are equal, must be solved left to right
() always go first
- and + are equal, and go after × and ÷.

6÷2(1+2)
6÷2(3)
6÷2×3
3×3
9

9
6/2(1+2)
6/2(3)
3(3)
9

You're completely missing the 6/2, you do that before *(3).

You guys are dumb.
PEMDAS states the order. BUT, u missing out.
1. parenthesis
2. exponents
3. Multiplication OR division (which ever comes first)
4. Addition OR subtraction (which ever comes first)

2(3) comes before the division you fucking spastic

6/2 is before it.

Except it doesn't work like that dumbass, you do 6/2 first. Pretending to be retarded is no different to a actually being retarded.

For god's sake, go seek help.

Nice bait,
Are you pretending to be retarded?

6 / 2 = 3
(1+2) = 3

3x3 = 9

What's so hard? Anyone with an IQ over 130 should get this easily.

You work from left to right when it comes to multiplication/division, stop being so retarded

1+2 = 3
2 x 3 = 6

6/6 = 1

Anyone with an IQ above 140 would get 1.

HAH, Wrong!!!
(1+2)=3
6/2=3
3x3=9
Order of operations, brackets first retard

Parentheses (simplify inside 'em)
Exponents
Multiplication and Division (from left to right)
Addition and Subtraction (from left to right)

purplemath.com/modules/orderops.htm

Damn, wish I thought of that simple shotpost style first.

lets end this

Don't listen to any CTR common core bullshit mathematics.

6÷2(3)
Parenthesis first. What's the problem?

Boom shaka laka

6/2(1+2) = 6/2 * (1+2)/1

FUCKING THIS ^
its 9

It is 1

...

>Parenthesis first

Yes! And the p. is (1+2), and you did in fact do that first. But then you screwed up.

LRP Process.
Left to right and if something is in parentheses, solve that individually before adding it to the rest of the equation.

do you even know what 2(3) means

I do. Do y-o-u know what 6/2 means? And that, you spastic, is the right way to solve maths. So again, go seek help.

>still ignoring the parenthesis
>being this autistic

>6÷2(3)

You came this far, right?
you solve multiplication and division from the left to the right, NOT from right to the left.
So it makes 6/2 = 3, and THEN 3 multiplied by 3 which gives 9. Thats it!
For the third time, go seek help.

6:2(1+2)=
6:2(12)=
6:24=
24:6= 9

>6:2(1+2)=
>6:2(12)=
>6:24=

You whaaaaat????

must be right due to Sup Forums being retards

if anyone argues with these baby steps I'll leave the thread

1

>mentions pemdas
>Does apemds

How can you even be this retarded

7

Please do, the level of total intelligence will rise without you here.

Its 9. Deal with it.

What is that :v? please dude.

calculator doesnt factor in orders, only the way you type it in.
Type it differently and get different answer.

>The problem is 6÷2(1+2)
>Inputs 6over2(1+2)

it's the last number of this rollll

Its 9 I really can't explain it any better or simpler than some of the other people, you're beyond my help, I just hope you never have a career that involves even simple math

hey guys im the distributive property anyone know my purpose
