Use Tails. It's an anonymous OS that blocks your internet history completely. Using TOR is okay but Tails can block the internet data going to your internet provider or to other .onion site whenever you want to pay something (considering you got bitcoins) or to download shit.

But Tor doesn't ensure anonymity completely If you use it on Windows or MAC. Sure,Tails only use is for using Tor but it ensures 100% anonimity even in very risky situations (like playing a video on a site,paying or downloading something)
