Best anime to watch? I've been watching anime in only the past 2 years besides the basic dbz and Pokémon. Don't recommend anime that's focused on dumbass mindless tit show bs anime. I'm looking for good animation and story.
I've watched some of One Piece(too dramatic), Cowboy Bebop(decent but boring at times), Jojo(actually decent except for some overdramatic bs), and Attack on Titan(dramatic trash).
I can really only sustain Jojo's bizarre adventure the rest mostly bore me.

Sci-fi, set about a thousand years in future. Mostly about the social consequences of humans having psychic powers (almost all non-psychics died immediately around present day). Has a normal storyline with action/romance/etc., so it's not just all navel gazing.

Parasyte is a fun sci-fi horror ride that follows the manga extremely well.
Basilisk is a serious anime with samurais, ninjas, and supernatural stuff. It's a dark romance.
