that's funny.. i'm from where is made (sardinia) and had it multiple times and never got hurt. besides, all old farts i knew that were into eating it aged pretty well..some above ninety years old were still eating it. sooo probably your tummy is to delicate for such strong GOOD fucking cheeses. stop talking about stuff you don't know. that's one of my national treasures.
btw, alcohol at 60% or up is not necessarily bad (in low doses, like after a good meal and a coffee)
