ITT: We make a list of Sup Forums's favorite songs of the 1970s.
>post a song from the 1970s that you want on the list >reply "approved" to songs you want on the list >songs with 5 replies get on the nomination list >once that list reaches 100-150 songs, I'll have you guys vote to decide the Top 100 >btw in the top 100, an artist can only show up on the list two times or less. so in the end, only their top two highest voted songs will make the final list (if they get voted to the top 100)
Samefag all you want, I don't care. It's Sup Forums, there are no rules.

>tfw Sup Forums smites Atlantic City and The River plus BITUSA era singles, but leaves in shitty thrash metal and Toto's Africa That 80s list was so shit. Please redeem yourselves you assholes. People downvoting the shit out of "New Year's Day" because apparently Vertigo and Bono's sunglasses negates the fact that early U2 was actually quite good. Y'all downvoted The Replacements and R.E.M. too.

(Don't Stop) (Let's Get It On) Approved. Also, Sexual Healing is not 70s, that's 80s. Don't fuck with OP's list like someone did last time by including Bela Legosi's Dead on the 80s list.

So I'm guessing London Calling isn't allowed because you're American?
Christian Evans
Yes, and it was already included in the 80s list. The only reason I'm including Bela Lugosi's Dead again is because that was actually 70s, and it didn't belong on the 80s list. I don't listen to Bauhaus that much, that's why I made the mistake that I did. If I did, I probably would've known better.
Dominic Butler
That's ok ... ... ... ... ... ...It's not like London Calling is an album that has that much to do with England anyway
