Angry Machines.
Everything they have ever done. Mozy couldn't escape the I V progression, and Chucky couldn't escape boring eighth/sixteenth note tremoloing the open note string for extended periods of time along with the chorus riff to Leprosy whose variation you'll see on more than a couple tracks every album after it. Chucky couldn't escape AIDS either though.
Paradise Lost has its bumps but overall all four albums are great
Others that I'd say (discounting artists who didn't release much like operation ivy and demilich) are Bolt Thrower, MBV and Nirvana
Most of the stuff he did after Holy Diver was pretty mediocre, probably because he started taking musical suggestions from his wife, result being such embarrassing songs as Hungry For Heaven.
He's pointing at us...

including the self titled based on the early demos.
How'd you rank it in their discography? I listened to that one (s/t) some time ago and really didn't like it.
I wasn't aware it was just demos when I listened to it though
they had some demos out there before being Unwound
as for the ranking,I have like four albums that are extremely close in my view:
Top tier:
Repetition(personal fav)
Leaves Turn Inside You
New Plastic Ideas
Fake Train
Great tier:
Future of What
Challenge for a Civilized Society
Good Tier:
Unwound
I found the self titled to be pretty decent once you get used to the first track esque.Short and lo-fi vibes there.
The four I mentioned are just pure essentials and hard to rank for me but I found Repetition to be the one I have replayed the most(ironic, considering its title). You can't go wrong with them.
More like never had a good album
Repetition hasn't really clicked for me yet, my favorite is Leaves, followed by NPI and Fake Train, also Changelle for a civilized society is underrated af
granted there was only 3, but each one brought something new to the table and remained dynamic and interesting for the entirety of their limited discography
>A Hard Days Night is bad
The others aren't bad either, but holy shit imagine having such horrific taste.

Fuck you
Just got into these guys. Whats the general consensous? Personally I think it's probably genius. Feels like massive/spiritual to me sometimes. Makes aphex twin seem like kids music

All of their albums are bad.
>Metallica
Self-titled, Load, Reload, S&M, St. Anger
>Pink Floyd
The Endless River, Momentary Lapse of Reason
>The Beatles
Technically, Yellow Submarine.
> all their albums are bad
no
> Metallica Self-titled, Load, Reload, S&M, St. Anger
No. These are not bad, these are DIFFERENT. They are still fantastic in their own right, and I fucking challenge you to find anything that resembles these albums
> Pink Floyd The Endless River, Momentary Lapse of Reason
Also no
>The Beatles Technically, Yellow Submarine.
Technically nothing. Every Beatles album was fantastic for it's time, and there is nothing bad about any of them.
After reviewing his discography over the last two days, Tom Petty. He has a meh album or two but that's it.
frickin Primus is perfect fuck you
antipop
>defending st. anger
what is it like being the only person who likes this piece of shit

If yellow submarine alone makes revolver bad then Money makes DSOTM bad desu famalam
The obvious answer...but still the best one.
I would agree with you if they hadn't made In Through The Out Door
>Miles Davis
Are you saying You’re Under Arrest is a good album?
The album Yellow Submarine, broski. The Beatles originals are great but the album is dragged down with George's Martin's mood music for the movie.
>King Crimson
Good pick, they've only had less good albums, never an outright bad one.
It's all bad
S&M was good you fucking autist.
St.Anger was different, it was fucking shit. Load/Reload both had like 5 good songs, rest was filler hence why they are bad. Self-Titled is Selloutallica.
His worst albums are Iron Fist and March ör Die, and even those 2 are 6/10 at worst. For those who lived under the rock-Best albums are
Overkill
Ace Of Spades
Orgasmatron
Sacrifice
My secret underrated pick is Bomber
Grimes. 4 great albums in a row. Not a single dud album.
>ywn jokingly be bullied by the beatles
Tenacious D
I think "ln The Wake of Posidon" was their weakest album, but it did have some good stuff on it
Nick Drake
desu senpai
>he doesn't know
How does that make ME the rockist when I pointed out his short coming in the lack of interesting harmonic progression. If anything, YOU are the rockist for thinking overuse of I V is anything but boring considering so much shitty rock music had it, too.
but they never had a good album

There's only about half an album's worth of bad songs in her entire library.

this.
you are the rockist in that your best attempt to discount mozart relies on absolutely basic music theory in an argument we all know you heard somewhere else.
Some albums are more adventurous than others but none are bad at all. The only thing I don't like is Cavity Job (super early)
Good answers
I nominate:
>Aesop Rock
>Royal Trux
