A) Your net/router is busted. Call your ISP
B) Your network software/drivers are busted. Try reinstall network drivers or roll back to an old restore point if it only recently stopped working
C) Viruses. Download and run Malwarebytes. If you can't download it on that computer then use a different one and install it to a flash drive.
I'd start at the bottom and work up.

You could try changing your dns, I guess.
Network and Sharing Center Change adapter settings Right click Local Area Network, Status Properties IPv4, Properties DNS: 8.8.8.8
