condolences, my dude. about a year has passed since my cousin died in a crash, and one of my military buddies ended his life. I still remember vividly where I was when I got the news for both of em.
I will strongly recommend that you mourn, but don't dwell on it. this wasn't your fault, life just does this some times. perhaps this was hereditary, perhaps it was because of the smoking, who knows. remember the good times, the bad times, and look towards the future.
I made the mistake of dwelling. don't do it. mourn, remember, and push forward.
