The whole time I've been here I never saw any queues and everything was like clockwork. People were orderly entering the match and the same manner leaving the stadium after the game.
Putting all pieces together I was surprised because people in Kazan and generally in Russia are polite, kind and responsive contrary to what I've read and heard before.
