I am listening with headphones that kinda meshed the two.
The chords you use are similar to Akira Yamoaka's silent hill stuff.. I really suggest learning or playing along to some of his shit because all that e minory stuff really opens up, just an idea, otherwise I'd say leave few mistakes in your tracks in future except for the ones that sounds really earnest and nice.
Gabriel Myers
Thanks for the feedback. Ill check out his music, and I definitely wont leave anymore mistakes in my music, especially rhythm ones. They drive me crazy.
been years since i last posted here, if anyone remembers me this is what i am up to these days

I love your songs, especially cripple creek. very fine banjo playing, wish I knew how to play. super refreshing compared to all the electronic music that's shared on here.
Grayson Richardson
thank you! there used to be a lot more folk oriented musicians/ singer songwriters around here when i hung around here 4-5 years ago. not that i don't like electronic music, i certainly respect the effort that goes into it and enjoy it when i can, i just have nothing constructive to say about any of these since they're out of my wheelhouse
Ian Cooper
I feel, at least more people are making music I guess. feel free to give my tracks a listen. I'm a singer songwriter, albeit very novice

[Ne]3s23p2 the first track has an interesting sound to it, i liked the dark and digital atmosphere that the project gives but its not something id listen to more than once
Contrapaasso loved the melody you have with the strings on the first song, its beautiful and really emotional. to me this feels like a soundtrack for an otherwordly, beautiful and ominous landscape. it was really enjoyable and i think you should do more
Ryan Hughes
your style of sample manipulation as well as the samples themselves is really good and also goes well with the lo-fi or bedroom type of drums and production, very enjoyable
I like the haunting glitchy synth line on wax, rapping is a bit generic (sorry) it's solid but not particularly stand out for me anyway (some good bars though). It's really well produced I just wish the sections could be more varied you know? Overall I enjoyed it great track!
Dead Sleepy is a pretty nice song, the production is on point and the song itself is relaxing and smooth. i think you should experiment a bit more with melodies and synths. my only complaint is that your other tracks sound average although your production is pretty good.
loving the obscure boom bap sound you got going, great samples and beats with potential to become a classic. will be blasting this shit for the next weeks for sure.
Charles Reed
you have just the type of lyrics that get me, reminds me a bit of beck. enjoyedd uncouthe and sauna steaming, you got something going there man
