I work with a bunch of my friends in a music collective called Deepwoods, and a little while back we got together and did a live thing, and you can chekc out the footage from that if you'd like: youtube.com/watch?v=yynLlT3OpTY
>soundcloud.com/nathanoriginal/come-in-were-closed?in=nathanoriginal/sets/come-in-were-closed >I really gotta get out of the house guys, its been like 4 days fucking TRUUUUUUUE lots of really good tones in here but probably an over simplified beat. you could probably benefit from sculpting your percussion samples a little more to get something to match the "fullness" of the samples and synths. I'm speaking in vague terms

I'll begin.
Excellent. Not sure what else to say. The singing in some places could do a bit of work, but that's all the criticism I could give.

Very cool sounding. Anyone else clicking on this and not feeling it, I'd recommend listening until 1 minute onwards. Gets good.

Very Atmospheric. The Great Pestilence probably my favourite. If anyone else is into playing tabletop rpg's with music in the background, this could be useful.
I really like it. Highly REC. Only thing I can say is that the panning synth which starts 3 seconds in (GET THE BAG) is a tiny bit harsh to my ears and bit too prominent. I'd turn it down a few dbs. But I don't know what I'm doing, so probably best to ignore. Followed.
Very solid. Not sure what else to say.
Really nice. Well balanced to my ears, song moves along nicely and really cool use of samples. Highly REC.
Can hear voices or some noise in the background on this one, which was a tad distracting rather than interesting. Also struggled to understand the male vocals a bit. Think it has a lot of potential though if it was cleaned up and had a bit more added to it. Alright, off to listen to more. Will try and add more comments later.
I completed my first complete album just at the end of 2017. zjawa.bandcamp.com/album/zjawa >tape loops, field recordings >dark ambient, plunder phonics >tape hiss and reverb There's a music video here if you'd rather watch it, the first of many I hope. youtube.com/watch?v=4NMopISyjQA&t=15s I'd appreciate if you gave it a listen and told me your thoughts, I'll stick around and return feedback. If you like the album, you can rate it here: rateyourmusic.com/release/album/zjawa/zjawa/ Thanks for the love
L'arome De La Lavende is my favourite of the lot. Though theres not enough mids left in your mixes. So it's all a bit harsh sounding.
Good amount of movement in the track. Well balanced. REC
Like the 1in10 stuff. What did you use for the synth chords throughout Cascadia? REC
The distorted drone is too loud in the mix and I'd say not enough is going to carry it the whole 4 and a half minutes. Mirror Walls, From Twilight To Dawn and First Time I Saw You Smile (Did you use a melletron on this track?) are much better however. So I'd say people should give those three tracks a listen.
Today got busier than expected, but will try and keep listening
i sorta have a soft spot for atmospheric black metal. I like what you have going with the constant reverb with the aggressive but soft in volume vocals. very interesting sound going on, and i like it
Rexx I see what you are trying to do, and horror trap would be pretty cool to hear. Id try experimenting with atmosphere sounds from random horor movies. or melancholy sounds and melodies .

the mix is perfect. i did use mellotron samples. about half of the reeses/bass (not drones. for me drones are never played melodically. ex.drone music) are mellotron.
>section starting at 1:45, do less effects on vocals or lower the volume of delay
I've only made one short piece this year, titled : >The Sound Of Barn's Creaking Door Where I Killed My Father And Found Odin's Sword and it sound exactly like you imagine youtube.com/watch?v=uCjmioL76J8
Had some good feedback years back for some way old shit, thought id throw up my latest stuff, Its way worse than anything ive ever done. Thanks, Ive found some cool soundclouds through here, down to check out some new ones
An album I've been working on for around 2 years, reason being is because I've intaken all the emotions and events that happened within those times and made songs about them lmao. Cheesy shit I know, but I've tried my best to express myself fully within these .wav files.
Love the atmosphere on this. Good pad sounds. Only thing I'd say is you need more progression and elements to the tracks, but it's great nonetheless. >coldrip.bandcamp.com/album/kaki Wow, amazing production. Loving the groove of the drums on "SidewalkJam w/ Rbí" and the saxophone is nice. Well done! I look forward to the full release.
An ep that I've been writing for a really long time and just recently found the time to record. I started writing it in July of 2016, but due to personal issues, I was unable to record it until recently. I wrote a lot of the songs while in a residential rehab. I recorded it all on a Tascam Portastudio cassette 4-track. Songs are kinda emotional and personal.
I can really hear the antlers influence in separation anxiety. I really like this song, the two guitars panned to either side sounds really cool when they're playing together but feels a little awkward when only one is playing
My favorite so far is "moving on". I love the tone of the guitar in this and I think the vocals mesh really well. How did you get that tone recording the guitar, did you use an auto-tune?
Look you guys, this isn't a sob story this is just a story about a guy who really needs to connect with talented musicians, everything you need to know is above. I'm following everyone who follows and listening to everyone i've quoted on this car ride. If you're checking out that link, i recommend refund, wax, mosquito, cover or sound. they are all like 1m its not gonna take you long to see i'm serious about this and i am 100% devoted to this like the rest of you guys out here.
