Is it the UK since Scotland might maybe seek independence again? Is it Spain since there are many regions that want independence? Is it one of the Balkanlar? Macedonia and Bosnia have ethnic tensions, Croatia just lost territory to fucking Slovenia, Serbia is shit like always, Kosovo is Kosovo.
