I don't know about Toy Story 2 being better than Toy Story, but other than that it's pretty accurate.
Brave is Good Tier, Cars is Shit tier
Cars 1 has redeeming qualities over Cars 2, Brave is clichéd bullshit.
Toy Story builds over Toy Story 1 in a masterful way, I would put them equally since TS2 is a sequel done right and can't go over the original source, but the movie is just so much better in every way.

Even Cars 2 and Brave were good movies. People were just buttblasted because they didn't live up to their perfect expectations.
Toy Story 3 only has nostalgia points to make it stand, it's just a rehash of TS2. Wall-E was just boring and everyone remembers it because of the cute robot but it still kinda got a message underneath all the boring stuff.
Cars has a semi compelling story about bettering yourself, Cars 2 has none of that. And Brave is just predictable as fuck and Merida is a bland chatactee. The movies only achievement is in the technical department.
