You think you're smarter than Abyss? They presently set the bar for production values and they're all former Hollywood SFX people with experience making life size photorealistic duplicates of actors. They didn't make their figures smaller to control costs. RealDolls are also professionally molded and painted (using specially formulated silicone paints for durability).
Are you prepared to make multiple sets of teeth and do you have a dental expert to vet the sculpts, or were you expecting to just print the teeth that come with some DAZ figure despite how generic they look? Are you using the same compound crowns are made of, and what will they be anchored to inside the head to prevent them from wiggling around individually? Are you confident of your process for rigidly embedding the "bone" inside the head?
Will you be hiring 3D artists to sculpt likenesses from scratch, or are you again expecting to just subdivide and print some DAZ figure morph? If so, you'd better stick to darkweb because the Israelis who now own and run DAZ are pretty humorless about that violation of their EULA.
How long will your figures be expected to last before the materials degrade enough to require figure maintenance or disposal? RealDolls aren't rated past 5 years with average use, will you surpass that? Remember that Abyss has access to the highest quality materials like platinum silicone.
Are you fully funded already, and how many years do you expect to go before the operation is fully profitable? Amazon and Saturn were created on a 5 year plan which they succeeded at. Or are you some rich asshole's kid blowing smoke here?
