What's the most epic scene in a movie or tv show? No chinese cartoons otherwise everything will be shit.
The kind of scenes that give you goosebumps every time you watch them.

Also, as reminded by the related videos: the ending of Se7en and the ending of lucky number slevin are good too.
The Lighting of the Beacons
I'm going full pleb here.
I dunno about "everytime" but the part where K2-SO dies in Rogue One was a fucking shock. I really expected some or all of them to survive. The whole final act of that movie was pretty chill inducing.
The ending of A Muppet Christmas Carol
Rosebud reveal/burning
This scene from Last of the Mohicans
The part in Inception where Cillian Murphy pulls the pinwheel out of the safe.
Dustin Hoffman give Joan her last confession in The Messenger
That scene int he sixth sense when you like OH SIHT HE DEAD
always loved this
youtube.com
Neo vs Agent Smith in the Matrix Revolutions
That one scene from John Wick 2 where he kills everyone.
>Seeing the alien craft and the aliens for the first time in Arrival
>Tom Cruise walking out into a field of blood in the WotW remake
>The dad in awe in the final scene of Whiplash
>When the vampire soldiers become human after eating Sam Neill and realize they're about to get eaten at the end of Daybreakers
>The final scene of No Country for Old Men
Not all good movies but good moments
I need advice and can't find a relevant thread.
I want to watch a movie.
Should I watch a violent movie or a comfy movie?
Or both (cheesy action movie)?
On topic: Penthouse scene in Old Boy. Ending of Ran where the good son dies. Plenty of scenes in the dollar trilogy.
+1 for that last of the mohicans scene. Mogua might be a dick but him and the old guy are both bamfs
This one always gives me the turkey shakes

this kino
it was cool, but I remember thinking why didn't the ai just kill him while he was sitting there reciting poetry.
I fucking love Bill Nighy.

That transition from baby Jon to adult Jon is pure kíno

the last 10 seconds of this clip
neck yourself
same, I thought that scene in Hot Fuzz with him was hilarious, where they had Martin Freeman as the Sgt, steve coogan as the inspector, and Bill Nighy as the chief inspector, reflecting roughly their position in the british film industry
>No chinese cartoons otherwise everything will be shit.
It's still going to be shit even if people don't spam pleb anime, they'll just spam pleb western shit instead.
>hating on game of thrones just because it's a popular tv show
kys you'reself out of this world, kiddo
DEATH

God that was such good shit. No overly dramatic fight scene to avenge Uncas. It's over in one fucking second.
wow, I've re-watched that movie a few times but this is the first time I realized they were listening to his phone calls
>narushit
Naruto vs Pain was better tho

Finally watched this movie for the first time today. When the kid just stared at the open sky for the first time ever in his life I was fucking bawling my eyes out
Ignoring the rest of the third act, but in Sunshine when Cillian Murphy is trying to get to the bomb before it separates. Also the climax of the fountain. Both of those are largely due to the music though, and the visuals in the fountain.
>dub
The lord of the rings trilogy
Sean Bean dies

>there was a time when you could buy this stuff in California
>No chinese cartoons
I agree OP, anime is the lowest form of """"art"""".
Video games, however, are pure kino

>Tom Cruise walking out into a field of blood in the WotW remake
Yes. That moment when he momentarily freezes in his tracks as he sees the entire world around him having been transformed will probably be etched into my mind forever.
That scene in Sunshine when the crew watches the Mercury eclipse is also powerful for me. I love that movie.
The most powerful GoT scene imo is when Tyrion lashes out and rebels against his father at his trial.
Did you actually post this unironically?
FORTH EORLINGAS
On the subject of Mass Effect. The first time you get to the scene where you enter the transmission room on ilos and talk to sovereign for the first time and shit gets really real.
when anakin tells obi wan after his defeat on mustafar "i hate uuuuu!"
This is the true kino rohirrim charge
Did you even bother to watch the videos?
Show has gone to shit, but this scene is amazing.
pretty much the only good part of the game
youtube.com
Reminds me: youtube.com
Except that the fucking guy cut out when he's yelling for Fezzik to open the door, which is one of the best parts.
youtube.com
If I wasn't a sperg I'd be cheering at the movie in the theaters.
best part of the movie
youtube.com
>when the best part of a 2 hour 32 minute movie is the opening scene
I know Sup Forums has turned on it, but I thought this scene was great, especially with the soundtrack
youtube.com
>tfw got used to be good
I always liked the ending of Blade 2 when Nomek is reking the vampire HQ.
this seems to be a common thing for batman movies
youtube.com
Underrated fucking post

Every fucking time, this scene made me depressed for months after I first saw it.
this fucking blew me away when I was 13. I'm glad I didn't watch it at an age where I expect huge plotwists in movies
no I disagree, I didn't really like the opening. I thought everything after Bane beats Batman was great. The stuff in the prison, and the last half hour with the clock ticking for Gotham were all really enjoyable. Shame it takes so long to get there.

The scene where he beats batman is pretty great youtube.com
I get what you're saying, but I did like the opening as well. Especially after they changed it from the preview and I could understand what he was fucking saying.
Could probably put the whole first half hour of Fury Road
alternatively:
>THERE
>ARE
>FOUR
>LIGHTS
or just the whole fucking movie, pure kinography
Specifically this part. But every scene in with the Rohirrim in Two Towers and Return of the King also gives me goosebumps.
2m50s.
i'm still mad as fuck that they threw away the spooky reapers for the generic hostile space aliens bullshit. There was so much potential just shoved down the goddamn drain
Wow you really went out of your way to make this thread OP
I applaud your effort
youtube.com
feels were felt
that is the moment you realize it's going to be a good mobie
fuck I love this movie
le ebin
Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence isn't the best movie ever but this ending is fucking beautiful
youtube.com
Still love this
...
yup, the ending was a direct shot to my heart
Ride for ruin! And the worlds ending!
I like it too good choice
Japanese voices are fucking annoying as shit
>subbed
this wasn't really that historically accurate, but it was still damn cool
youtube.com
Theon was the only good part of season 2
well that was dumb
dumbfuck viking
...I love both of 'em
When Sam carries Frodo, I always lose my shit. The goosebumps and tears are inevitable.
the real hero of the story
this
Imagine living in that world and you have a friend, a real friend, like Sam who will risk his life just to protect yours? Goddamn hits me in the feels every time, guaranteed.
Imagine being Sam or Frodo and saving the entire world, yet no one in your hometown cares because Merry and Pippin saved the Shire.
My tank autism was too strong to enjoy any of this. The entire thing was retarded, the very first shot Fury fired would have penetrated and knocked out the Tiger.
