We've got those, but in true Amerilard fashion, most people use the packaged "just add water and bake" version instead of making them from scratch. They're called "scalloped potatoes" here.
Pretty similar to my standard seasoning, but I use marjoram rather than oregano, don't use dill or sugar, and add sage.

You can find a version of them in diners and slavic restaurants in some parts of the US. They're incredible but surprisingly hard to make, unless the knowledge is passed down to you I guess.
